Multiple conflicting hidden prices . Not reliable & transparent . Improper guidance and bad practice by sales team. Not worth to consider as a lot of construction issues both inside and outside the apartment units - centralised AC piping, home automation, STP, GAS piping, Cauvery water issues other than floor plan and ceiling issues They couldn t clear the inventory for the last 11 years

Luxury speaks itself, Salarpuria doesn't need introduction towards their project, this bang on main road property defined brand value.

I m a current resident here and Magnificia sucks big time! The maintenance staff here are a bunch of such unprofessional ppl, you ll lose your peace of mind chasing them for any maintenance issues.

Home Automation is actually painful and if it functions normally ever, you can consider it as a miracle.

On top of it, home automation maintenance staff is never available and it s actually easier to get a VVIP s appointment compared to the Magnificia home automation maintenance staff!

Such unprofessional maintenance staff from a reputed builder is very disappointing.

High-rise good apartment but traffic at k R Puram bridge is too heavy and is a big problem.

Great ambience . you will feel like you are different world when you are inside the complex. so much peace , calm and serene. kudos..

Very well connected, metro project here a boon for road users

The security guards at the entry Gate is very rude and impolite to women, it's only a matter of time they misbehave with some one pathetic illiterates they behave as if they own the place and talk very rudely to visitors

Office location. Too much of crowd out sid due to TIN factory bus stop.

Both the office spaces and residential. Reaching is difficult because of the heavy traffic because of adjacent to K.R Puram Railway station

Beautiful Luxury apartments. Nice community. Great gardens that bloom beautiful flowers.

It's a great place to stay. 3 residential towers of upto 22 floors. Great view.

It is located in one of busiest area of Bangalore that is tin factory busstop. BMTC Buses stop here. The building at night with lights looks very stunning. Be careful there are many pickpocketers outside this area. I have my rating of 4 * because the building looks stunning and gives a pleasent feeling when I see this place in one of busiest area in Bangalore and landmark for getting down to change my bus.

Big Apartments in main road. Lot of traffic in front of the gate.

It's a gated community. The community or the Appartment is very close to Outer Ring Road, K R Puram petrol pump while coming from Marathalli. But though very close to road it's very peaceful. It's very costly too..
Average monthly maintenance comes around 10-15K , came to know as one of my friends cousins stayed there ...

Best place to live.

Great architecture design I liked the open space and privacy of flats

Balcony for guest room. This guys plans are pathetic. Even I have visited east crest It was worst plan I ever seen (enter directly to dinning room, kitchen opposite rest room). Hire some good architecture. Managing space is more important than quality. I can say few plans are good.

I almost rented an apartment here. Just then I found one in Silverwoods. (YAY!!!)
Magnificia is great internally, but the BIGGEST drawback is its location on the side of the KR Puram flyover. When returning from MG Road you have to take a U-Turn from tin factory. That U-turn takes 20 min. in the evening and during monsoons... even an hour.
WORSE still: After moving we learned that the new metro station is scheduled to be built adjacent to magnificia. Minimum estimated time is 4 years for construction, but during this period it will be extreme hell taking that U-turn. Construction is scheduled to begin end of 2016 itself.
Not to mention... the building is brand new.. people will be doing up their apartments during the day and the metro works will construct during the night... Hope you aren't sensitive to sounds.

After Metro station this will be great except for bus stop

My office is here, very few companies, most floors unoccupied, not a good location

Though the apartments are great getting there is a nightmare...
