Noll Construction Group Review

I called Brandon to repair/replace a gate at my new place. Immediately after meeting him, I felt comfortable with Brandon and a sense of trust. Brandon is an honest guy who takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist. He didn't rush my project, took his time, and my gate came out perfect - better than expected! You can tell that he's not out there trying to scam people and make as much money as possible. He even fit me into his schedule right away because I told him it was important for me to get this gate fixed asap. He showed up on time, finished as scheduled, and he's genuinely just a cool guy! Now, I've already got him working on additional estimates for other projects! Yes, that's how pleased I am. I no longer need to find anyone else to work with. I can't recommend him enough!!!

Brandon and his team just finished 2 beautiful fences for my property. They are long and twisty as I have a sort of hillside property. Throughout the entire process Brandon was professional, thoughtful and attentive. He s incredibly detail oriented and thorough. He would regularly send me text updates if I wasn t around while he was working. I found this to be very helpful. His guys are timely, courteous and clean. The final product is fantastic, I couldn t be happier. I recommend Noll Construction without any reservation. Just wish I had more projects for them to do!

Working with Brandon and his crew was far and away the best experience I ve ever had with a contractor. We were in a stressful situation and needed to get some work done at our house asap. Several weeks ago I was doing just what you are doing now, reading reviews about candidates to do some contractor work, specifically deck support issues I needed solved and adding a trellis. When I ran across Noll Construction Solutions my eye caught the very satisfied customer consistency. I'm so glad I went with my gut and hired Brandon Noll to do the work. In a nutshell, he did everything he said he would do, and after he promptly supplied a bid, we felt it was a little higher than our budget allowed and he very efficiently and cooperatively reduced the scope of the work to match our budget, which we were very satisfied with and did not compromise the project. He always showed up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would, on time and with an excellent quality of work, both functionally and aesthetically. We will most certainly be using his services again and we highly recommend him.

We had water coming into our 2nd bedroom via leakage through a crack in the foundation, and with all the rain this winter it was really getting to be a concern. Two other contractors/handymen we spoke with didn't seem to think it was a big deal - one even said water or mold under carpet wasn't anything to get worked up about (!!).
Enter Brandon, who not only filled in the enormous crack, but also dry packed it and fortified our foundation when he didn't have to. He resealed a cutout on our bedroom's siding and repainted it to match the house's color. He also discovered two leaks that he said should be paid attention to immediately by a plumber - which was a life saver!
Brandon's an honest, hardworking guy who goes above and beyond to make sure everything else in his line of sight is up to snuff, which is so important because it prevents small issues from growing into bigger disasters down the line. Cannot recommend him enough!

I am very happy with the work Brandon and his team did on the fence for my backyard and side yard areas. My back neighbor and I have been discussing a fence between our properties for a few years, and Brandon came recommended. The work was done on schedule, during the timeframe discussed, and the work areas were always cleaned up and neat at the end of each day. Brandon and his team even hauled away the junk in the backyard left from the previous owner. Very happy with my fences and would absolutely use Brandon s services again!

Gorgeous new redwood fence in a matter of days!

55 feet of wooden fence fell in one piece after recent heavy winds. I got quotes from 4 carpenters/contractors and went with Noll Construction. Brandon came out on Monday to access and discuss options and by Friday the fence was complete. He was good about updating the progress and sending photos as I wasn't home during the process.

His worker damaged my mailbox backing into the driveway and while this was a bit of an inconvenience, after I located a replacement, Brandon promptly installed and secured it.

CALL BRANDON!!! This guy is not only the Einstein of contractors! He's very personable, reasonably priced, and in a pinch will help you with jobs that might otherwise have to be trusted to some grumpy, boozy "handyman" with no license. WE have our own Mike Holmes here in Larchmont people - call no one else - you have found your man!

I found Brandon after getting numerous quotes for our big hillside patio projects. Large companies gave me outrageous quotes and many smaller scale companies/handyman just didn't seem as reliable for this project. We are SO thankful that we found Brandon. He has great artistic vision and craftsmanship. He came over and we shared what we were picturing then he gave us some great suggestions. He is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does, we felt great after our initial meeting with him. And, his quote was very reasonable for everything he's done for us! He designed an amazing space for us and he did beautiful landscaping around it to make it even better!!! I can not thank him enough for transforming our dirt pad into an incredible hillside retreat!

We purchased a new home where the previous owner put in a new fence but only in half the back yard; the remaining half of the back yard had a bunch of high brush that once we cleared out, it exposed an old fence that was rotting away.

I searched on Yelp and called a few different contractors, and we picked Brandon because he was the most responsive via phone and text, had the highest rating on Yelp, plus gave the cheapest price (the trifecta!).

My wife and I couldnt be happier with the quality of work and service that he provided... I called him on a Thursday evening and he came by the very next day, provided the quote the following morning, and started work a few days after that. We had to go out of town during the job but Brandon made sure the keep us updated daily with progress updates and pictures/videos via text. The fence he built is a better build quality than the first-half of the fence that was built by the previous owner of the house, and Brandon even matched the dark stain perfectly.

If i had to do it again I'd hire him in a heartbeat. If you have some fence work to do, definitely consider him in your bids, you won't be disappointed.
