7th flats is perfect for any young person living in the city. It is right next to some great restaurants, a hospital, and a university. As a student this is the best place for me to live without worrying about transportation.
7th Flats is my dream come true. As a kid I always wanted to live in a posh city dwelling with a concierge. In addition to the subway next door and uber/lyft for pickup, I feel like a superstar :) Thanks 7th Flats!
Great location and even better staff! One of my best leasing experience in DC. I have to say that there were many kind people working the building, especially Kevin who helped me and a friend have a smooth transition. His professionalism and charisma made the apartment hunting experience awesome!
Now that new management has taken over, there is never a concierge at the front desk when you need them and they're suspiciously absent a lot of the time. Needs improvement immediately!
Moved out earlier in the year to a different building in the neighborhood. nobody was at the desk when you wanted guests or delivery let in, elevator service was terrible, also smelled of sewage at certain points coming from other units into ours. not sure if much has changed but there are plenty of better options in the u street corridor. Maybe things have improved since
Staff is amazing! My husband and I recently toured this complex. We were waiting for paperwork and overheard a tenant on the 5th floor follow up about the roach infestation that s occurring in his apartment. He said, hey I wanted to follow up about the bug problem we are having in our apartment. We have a roach infestation and it s gotten worse. I just wanted to know when will the problem be addressed. From the conversation, it seems like he had made this problem known prior and it hadn t been resolved. Needless to say, we passed on leasing here because of that conversation! I m. not sure what part of luxury equates to a roach infestation on any level!
I love living here the staff is always very attentive especially everyone at the front desk! They are all very nice and welcoming! The maintenance is also great Danny and the rest of the staff are always quick and accommodating when anything goes wrong! Plus you re practically on U street, and can walk everywhere or catch the metro next door!
