Old building . Some places roof is having holes (auditorium ). No maintanance . Service is good. Ambience is good. Food average.

Really courteous and amazing place... A heritage hotel

Have been to this hotel in past...its a great place....but this time they put me in a very bad room right next to the club...and a genset ran whole night ...so was not very impressed this time. Also all in not great for people looking for quick processes. Took almost 30 mins for them bring bags from my room to checkout......etc. Overall we can very worn out ...and effective Taj brand which I value a lot.

As the name suggest the hotel is awsome. Food quality is always superb.
I like everything about this hotel except security. No proper security check here.

I was here for an event. The lawns and yard have a beautiful old Bangalore charm. But the auditorium was ordinary - needs a facelift. The food served for the high tea could be better too.

Awesome place. Good service. But quality of few foods like biscuits and donuts were horrible. Everything else was too good.

It's like a resort! So much greenery inside a hotel campus in the heart of the city, u won't find anywhere. Xcellent service, good ambience, superb food.

Taj is Taj. Beautiful place with greenery. Staff is very helpful and polite.
But I think food is not good enough maybe I had so much of expectation from Taj.

Baked jamun is a must try if you are a desert lover.

Visited the place for the World cup final screening, the place is beautifully built, is spread over a large area but places are too far, and it causes a lot inconveniences. They don't have enough washroom facility may be for the event guest only. For the gathering of 5-6k people only 4 washrooms were there. Overall food and services is excellent.

Rooms are as beautiful as what you see in magazines. Lot of space to move around in this 22 acre property; litteraly without any botheration from City traffic.

Rooms a little tired, food was excellent in cafe but service staff lacked trainning and finesse.

Old world charm. An amazing place in the centre of the city, it is full of greenery. The rooms are comfortable and Taj hospitality is as good as it gets. Food is great, but the old world charm of the property is the focal point. Just spend a weekend to enjoy and have a great with yourself.

Great hotel , has a swimming pool and stuff, it has a spa, a gym - gym is great there almost all the gym items are available,rooms are also great, WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

We celebrated our kids first birthday here and the staff were so decent. Food taste good.
