good venue but expensive for the food that was provided. ambiance is great but was not happy with their service. they provide only one vehicle for bringing the guests from car parking to the event hall which was very annoying as there were a lot of guests in line.

Beautiful place to stay. I came here for the wedding. The wedding was at the Taj West end. Food was good. The hotel has lots of greenery. Parking is no problem. Just enjoyed every thing.

I had booked 12 rooms under the name Suraj Chayagol from 26th feb - 29th feb at your fabulous hotel Taj west End Bangalore and I would like to extend my warm regards to all the staff of the hotel for looking after our guest as the rooms were booked for our guests who had visited Bangalore to attend a wedding. Though the booking was under my name but I was not available physically through out the stay, I have to admit the front desk staff took care of the booking just by speaking to me over the phone. The hotel played a perfect host in my absence. I had never doubted Taj s service quality and now i am over whelmed to be the loyal customer and a Taj member. Looking forward for many more such service experience in the future.

I'll share you my experience today's evening party. I have been invited here and I have witnessed lack of services and no proper maintenance manager is busy with his mobile and the serving boys are unavailable to the guests. And no one is present in buffet table, when I enquired about the waiters, no response.

Lunch in the Taj West End is heaven on earth. Peaceful surrounding of the garden and a delightful buffet.
Facilities are good. Food was average and expected better standards.

I went to the Masala Klub retaurant and it was very good. The seating was cozy and silent and the staff was very nice and attentive. The food overall was good but the dessert were a little disappointing.

Attended a corporate event this week. Visited this place after two years or so and the experience was again good. Well maintained landscaping and spreads of green at the heart of the city is a charm to enjoy. Staff is courteous. Property is little old that's evident from the structure. May be they will need to renovate soon.. Overall very good!!

If we entered in side hotel we feel that we are in a natural nature, it feels good to stay here but quite costly.
Had lunch at the Masala Klub. The food was super rich and tasty and the ambience was amazing. The set menu is a good pick of some of the best stuff from the overall menu and I would highly recommend it. I'm giving it a 4 only because the staff were a little bit too chilled out and it wasn't the kind of customer attention that Taj is known for. Otherwise it's a solid 5 and to their credit, they fixed it once we pointed it out. As expected it is a bit heavy on the pocket but totally worth it for a special occasion.
Warm welcome to all the guests is the best part of being in Taj. Also Bansuri recital is must hear.

It was a lovely escapade from the pandemonium and pollution of busy part of the garden City...Loved the staycation my husband and I had.. Mr Sandip Datta , the reservations officer was so kind and understanding of what our needs were and was prompt to allocate a nice and cosy room. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm welcome by Alpa and Kunal. Alpa went above and beyond to make me feel extra special on my birthday...,the sweet surprises of flowers and cakes at the right time made my day even precious.Enjoyed the heritage walk guided by Madhu, he was extremely polite and courteous.Soaked in the beautiful ambience ....and enjoyed our meals at Masalaclub,Mynt and Blue Ginger.Thank you Suveera for the quick help while checking out and Manoharan for the token of souvenir..loved the stay regal...indeed

Very good property nicely maintained. With good food it will create love towards your taste bud's. Staff's are very friendly nature which is very essential in hospitality industry. A heritage hotel situated in the heart of the city. Once you enter you surround yourself with dense foliage which makes for a lovely spot for photography. The hotel architecture is a blend of the eclectic styles of 19th century.
We had a lovely experience staying in their newly renovated quarters. I really appreciate the little gestures made by the team on our anniversary(included in images).
The staff at the entrance,valet and front office have been very warm and welcoming. A special mention for Mr.Ranjith, Ms.Karishma and Ms.Sukriti.
