The name says it all! Best place! Best food! You can't ask for any more luxury!

One of the Grand Dames of Mumbai ,it's called the Taj Palace for a reason. The architecture of the building is designed as a royal home ,it's spacious interiors although discreetly modernised yet have the feel of an era gone by . The service and high standards of the hotel that it continues to maintain to this date makes it an excellent experience to either stay in , get married in or even just drop in for a cuppa esp at the high tea at the sea lounge

Visited the coffee shop (Shamiana). Excellent service and a great experience.

There s more than one Taj Mahal in India. Glamorous Mumbai is home to the Taj Mahal Palace, one of the best luxury resorts in India, whose opulence challenges that of the original. Having hosted kings, presidents and rock stars for over a century, it predates even the Gateway of India as a historic local landmark.

Location is very good for tourists. Taj hotel is just oppositie to gateway of India. Ehat i uploaded is the photos of old taj hotel.just beaide the old taj there is new taj hotel. Best place for photography. But i would recommend not to click photos from the local photographers as they clicks many photos and prints them without your knowledge and they charge you a lot.

One of the best no doubt. Osm service nd food of course in everything. Value for money. Highly recommended.

Taj is just in front of Gateway of India Mumbai. This is 5 star hotel. Pakistani terrorists tried to sabotage here some years back but it is standing there with grater pride today also. It tells to the world with pride that " , . , . , ." This hotel had become a pride nose of Mumbai financial world from many years and it is standing here from historical days. Pakistani terrorists tride to do harm to this pride nose of financial world of Mumbai but are unable to harm it permanently.
From one window of this hotel I had observed a grate scene of the "Gateway of India" building in front of a grate boat named "The Gateway" standing And floating on the Arabian Sea.

View : we got non smoking room or the exclusive the view.. it was breath taking and awesome throughout the day and night..

The service is very good, the real five-star luxury restaurant, and the breakfast is delicious, at least once in your life. You can't live in such a luxurious hotel for the same price in Taiwan.

Superb hospitality and arrangements in the covid situation. The staff is very accommodating. Special mention to Russel from Shamiana , Gaurav from Sea lounge & Shikha from front desk .

Hotel was excellent, but need more customer friendly, especially in room they need to place all the items like tooth kit, shaving kit and others without asking customer, customer need not to ask everything, need to improve in guiding / service related information, there was not enough such printed items which give service details.

This is just near the gate way of India. It's relatively a new hotel compared to Taj Mahal. Well maintained place. Exterior is super nice.

Really dont liked the behaviour of security guard. One of my frnds car we went Taj and we have given key to valet person and we were going to enter and they saw 2-3 camera bags and their reaction is like this entry is not for you guys and he said to valet person hey give his car key back parking is only for Guest not for you guys.
How they are differentiate people in front of our eye one of the foreigner has camera bag and security didn't said anything.
And back gate security's behaviour is very bad.
