Taco Casa Review

I love this place. Food always hot. The Tea is amazing.

This is by far the worst Taco Casa I have ever been to. I was going to drive through and waited in the second lane and they decided to tell me it was closed after a long wait and three other cars ordered. Then I went inside and said they should have a come up or something, and they replied that I should have known it was closed. When I was waiting in line three employees were just standing there talking while one girl ran the register. When I went up to order, the three girls decided they better get to work and one jumped on the other register. I then waited about 15 minutes for my food and had to ask someone if it was coming out soon. I almost walked out even though I paid and everything. I will not be returning to this location.

Literally the best tacos I have ever had in my entire life!!! Nothing beats taco casa!!!!

My family and I do not eat here very often but when we do the staff is horrible! There's no customer service and they are very rude! Went to this location last night to get their number 3 for the family. After ordering, drove up to the window to pay. They lady at the window didn't read back my order, told me the total took my payment and gave me my receipt. Ok not so bad! Waited and waited and waited almost 20 mins for six tacos and six burritos. Mind you when WAITING... Multiple staff members walked passed the window while being on their cell phones and standing around talking. With being overstaffed as it seemed to be their should have been no issue getting food out in a timely manner. Once my order was ready the young man who gave me my order just opened the window gave me my food and closed the window. Not so much of a thank you have a good night. Hope to see you soon or anything like that! Completely disrespectful. It may just be a fast food restaurant but customer service should be a requirement when dealing with customers. Unfortunately this happens every time I go and it seems to be getting worse. Management really needs to rreconsider retraining their employees in how to be respectful to their customers. If you are so miserable in what you do for a living to wwhereyou feel you need to be rude to the people you serve you should probably reconsider your choice of employment!.

I made my order in drive thru. The wait was very long (15 minutes). This is a chain restaurant so the food was prepared as expected from this franchise. As fast Mexican food it is at the top of my list when that craving hits and the chilada is my favorite choice. Taco Casa is the only chain to offer the chilada. Overall I can recommend this restaurant for fast, convenient, and inexpensive Mexican food.

I asked for a bean tostada with light lettuce and received a Chilada with lettuce on top. Not sure what happened but when I get a Chilada I do not want lettuce on it. After speaking with someone who appeared to be more experienced i was told they get me a tostada and they were priced about the same so no worry. I replied that the bean Tostada os $2 less and she looked at the menu and agreed. She stated she would reopen my ticket and refund my money theake another ticket with the bean tostada and bring it to me. She winds up bringing me a Super Tostada and refunded about $.20 At that poibt I just gave up.

Great food as always and awesome service. Never disappoints.

Can't go wrong with a tuseday for lunch or for dinner

This place is very clean and the service was fast. I eat here once a week for sure, taco's are awesome.

Love the taco lites! The reg hard shell tacos are good as well, but only once you first get them. Tasty when they are hot!

The drive thru line is always long and most of the time the second lane is closed despite this fact. But the food is usually pretty good.

It's like the opposite of taco bell, only a few shreds of lettuce the rest is meat and cheese

Went and spent 22.00 on 2 super salads and 3 tacos. A total waste of money. On a good note got a ton of taco sauce...

This place was okay I kind of felt like it was another Taco Bell the service was not so good I told the person who took my order about three times that I wanted a meat burrito and she still gave me a bean burrito not a big fan of this place will not be returning

This is a great place to get a quick bite of Mexican food. They have tacos taco salads chiladas burritos etc. Even a delicious taco burger! They also make excellent sweet tea which you can purchase in a gallon sized bag.

Wow I went up there tonight and got dinner for 5 didn't even get all my food it wasn't even put all together real sloppy wow what happened to this place won't go back there have screaming kids didn't get there food thank u ugh

Employees need to be fired or monitored. Manager on shift isn t doing anything. 45 minutes and still haven t gotten food. Employees friends walk in get handed food quick and they sit and talk with the employees. Worst experience ever at this location.

The staff here are always so nice you guys are great when it comes to customers satisfaction

Good food at reasonable prices. Always fresh, and never a long wait, if you go inside. Drive threw usually busy at any location

The employees act like the meat and cheese comes out of their paycheck. Im tired of getting SKIMPY DIET TACOS

Super nice folks here. Food is good and fast. It s not a Michelin 5 star restaurant. But it s a good fast food place.

Good Mexican food a bit more expensive then a Taco Bell or Bueno. Lately the night staff seem to be preoccupied with horseplay and drive through service takes far too long 10 + minutes when not busy 20+ minutes when they are busy. Not so fast food!

Taco Casa tacos are good and they have great specials.

I like taco casa the one in fort worth Tx on crowley rd but the one on Wichita st quality of the fixing your food is not there !!!!!!

A rip off worse version of taco bell, prices should be lower based off of that alone, just noticed that it requires another review, so I'll say boooo
