Taco Casa Review

I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. First time I went I asked for my nachos to be separated because I didn't want them to get too soggy. The appearance and the amount wasn't appealing. It looked like they were premade and had been sitting out. The second time I went I asked for it all on top. I didn't get jalapenos, napkins, or a fork. I had planned to eat it in the parking lot. This last time my nachos looked perfect until I grabbed a chip and noticed it was broken up pieces of taco shells. Like literally just broken in fourths, some were only broken in half.

i eat here all the time and hardly ever have a problem

The food is fine, but they are the slowest staff on earth. It doesn't matter what time you go, either.

Taco Casa is always a pleaser for my families taco fix! Their food is very consistently delicious!

Waited 30 mins for 4 tacos and one burrito and the workers were just chilling like no rush to get orders out!!! They suck!

Healthier than the competition and I felt like I got more bang for my buck.

It is what it is here. They hire a lot of young kids here and most are not customer friendly at the drive thru. Food is good though.

My grandson loves the egg and cheese tacos, and the chips and caso.

I can't believe Taco Casa didn't have a special for National Taco Day!!!!!

The food is gross and gave me diarrhea. Dont eat there!

Staff is nice, fast & you can trust that your order is "right"...

Love their tacos. My tacos were stuffed with meat. Clean tables and floor. Comfortable environment. Decent customer service.

There us always a bunch of kids standing around doing nothing, and customer service d sucks.

Great food if you love a greasy taco, staff could lighten up a bit.

This location is what you want and hope for from a TC location.

Long wait. Chips in my nachos were crumbs. Not happy at all.

I was on the phone asking how old u had to be to work here, and the woman I was talking to was screaming at someone else in he middle of my sentence then said what in a very rude tone. Bad customer service

I had time to kill time with my toddler because he had two appointments nearby.

The 5 star rating is for their escalator, which my kid made me ride for thirty straight minutes.

Always good for quick to go tacos and burritos and haven't found a place who has better sweet tea!!

I really enjoy this place more than taco bell or taco bueno. Good hot sauce and reasonable prices. Staff was courteous.

Delicious, fresh, hot tacos. They never disappoint me. It was taco Tuesday so the tacos were priced just right .99 cents each. The line was long but worth the wait!

Friendly,good food ,nice environment, n the staff the smiles on there faces !! You just get that feeling of I'm happy we ate here

I wish I could post a picture. DO NOT get the super nachos with everything spread out. They give you a WHOLE container of chips with a very small amount of meat, tomatoes, beans and sour cream in each corner of the container. Cheese ONLY in the middle. Waste of $7.... Most definitely won t be ordering this again

This place is where you go for tacos!!!!! I love the lite tacos... Big fried flour tortilla shells with fresh lettuce tomatoes and lots of cheese with the seasoned perfect beef. Too good!!!!!!!!!!

Shout out to Jakayla at the Crowley Rd location. She is a shining star.

There is always someone new when i go there and they seem to be new everytime. Makes the wait long.

Taco casas always great and service is always amazing. Some stores will put queso on the side without your asking and some will put it on nachos without asking, alittle confusing but still always fantastic

Just left the drive thru with the nastiest nachos ever. Paid way to much for the food to be unedible.

I went and seen they had the other drive thru lane open, so I went and after waiting 5 mins and two others ordered in the other lane. They finally decided to tell that lane is ClOSED, which is fine but they could have told me before and had A CONE there is people can KNOW instead of WASTING people's time!!!

They food aint that good. But i love they sweet tea. I miss the old recipes and green sauce their new version of the green sauce is kind of nasty but otherwise customer service was good in the clean

Always have fast and friendly service at this location. Only complaint would be parking, but that likely couldn't be helped at this spot.

I enjoyed every bite. Their food is always served fresh & delicious no matter which location or town I go to.
