When you pick up or drop off someone it's in and out very easy
The entire airport smells like a wet, rotting dog or dirty diapers. It must have flooded years ago and they never properly fixed it. All food and beverage places close very early. They do not even have vending machines!
Nice airport, I really loved how its small, but modern. Its a good airport for around 100-300 people at max usually.
After a Canceled American Airlines flight, a re book, and 20 hours of traveling finally get to curb and no curbside Uber?? Are you serious PVD!!?? Have to hike to dangerous part of city in abandon lot with luggage to call a Uber. Very dangerous for tourists.
Easy to pick up and drop off for arrivals and departures
I spend a lot of time in airports. TF Green has the friendliest TSA staff and restaurant help. It's always a great experience.
I have used PVD airport ever since I moved to the Cape, but this week, they won my undying loyalty. First off, I LOVE this airport. They are scrupulously clean, TSA lines are short or non-existent, the staff are all unfailingly polite, the food options are great for a small airport, and the flights are easy. But last night was extraordinary. I came in late from Chicago and found that I had lost my car keys. They were NOWHERE. I never found them, but I went back and forth on the shuttle buses to Lot E to check on my car, and then later to be towed home (it was the best option). The shuttle bus drivers were so wonderful, one man kept his bus right by my car (I was the only passenger) to make sure I was safe until the AAA man got there. I cannot say how much their courtesy and their care meant to me, late at night alone. The airport police were wonderful, the AA baggage claim woman was wonderful, even the Starbucks barista on the baggage claim floor was great...I felt deeply cared for, and I will never forget it. Thanks to all at PVD, I will fly out of here ANY TIME.
I love this airport!! It's not too big where you can get lost which is a plus!! Lots of restroom and they even have charger ports for your cell phones!!! I love how they have so many options too eat but I will say on days when flights are canceled or late the volume in the restaurant get way too busy I sat at a dirty table and waited almost half and hour and no one came to clean the table or get us drinks or our order and they knew we where there so we ended up having to go to dunkin!! Prices are outrages for the resturantes but I get it it's an airport!! Other then that staff was friendly and helpful!!!
This is a nice little airport. Small enough to get through quickly with good retail and food options. Feels new and clean.
Car rental access is absurd. Felt like a mile walk. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!
Never get access to the wifi at this airport! Cannot search info about flights on line!
try picking someone up at arrival, the place was one big traffic jam.
The easiest airport to get in and out off. Easy to find, navigate and lots of parking. This airport saves me the hassle of driving into Boston.
I ONLY FLY T.F.GREEN AIRPORT. ..IT IS EASY TO GET TO AND EASY TO FLY IN AND OUT OF...
Small airport fast security.the best expresso coffee in dunkin donut ive had
Disgustingly dirty in the terminal.. I wouldn't even sit down. It is quite obvious no cleaning crew was anywhere to be found.
I can't express how much more pleasant it is to fly out of this airport than Logan. Every aspect of every trip we've made out of here has been at worst; average, and at best; exceeding all expectations.
With Covid in place, looks like all the right measures are in place. Ofcourse the arrival time was 11pm, so needless to say the crowds were significantly low.
Escalators not functioning is a bigger deal than some must think. Get them functioning again!
Nothing but good feedback here, perfect size, and well layed out, efficent.
I recently used this airport as an alternative to Logan Airport and on arrival there from Dublin it was trouble free and efficient and after renting a car from Alamo I was on the road in no time, despite my SatNav speaking to me in Spanish I was able to make Quincy in an hour and 15 minutes .
My trouble appeared on the return journey when I left Quincy 4 hours ahead of my scheduled departure time.
Being new to this route I was left flabbergasted to see the level of traffic congestion enroute and then to finally arrive at the terminal building without seeing one directional sign for Rent a Car return.
This was a most frustrating experience and needs to be seriously and urgently looked at if this airport it is to live up to the international status it now seems to project.
Clearly airport management needs to drive this route as a tourist and truly experience the lack of directional signs to the airport and importantly to rental returns .
Customers should also be advised to check the traffic situation before setting off enroute to this airport otherwise missing flights could become the order of the day.
.
Arrived early, place was a ghost town. EZ drive through.
As a kid I loved the airport and all the planes I would sit at my window and watch the sky and see lots of aircraft jets, Jumbo jets, private, helicopters, blimps, you name it sister.
Simple, clean, modern, fast and smooth airport. Sometimes small hiccups in baggage claim or security but that's about it.
Prices were fantastic. Small and quaint airport. Needs a good food option as every restaurant is out of business and closed. Only places open were the newsstands and the Dunkin Donuts.
Waited over 30 mins for baggage to arrive the claims area.... Unacceptable!!!
Clean, manageable airport. Easily accessible to most points in New England. If you can get a better or comparable deal here than Boston it s worth booking.
A small airport in a historic city. Many people have a mild character
This is a nice airport. Small enough to not overwhelm and large enough to service nearly all flight needs I have.
Most wall outlets don't work. If you've ever wanted to know what it's like to live in North Korea, or a third world country where electrical power is spotty and unreliable... visit PVD.
Amazing how much improvement has been made on this airport in last few years.
We always fly to and from this airport even though it is smaller, we drive the extra miles to get to our destination.
They are well organized for the quantity of people and it's clean .They have shuttle buses if you need to stay at the hotel because of cancellations.i have never lost a bag
The parking lot was full but there was almost noone inside the airport and all the eateries are closed; not even a kiosk to get coffee or water.
I give it a 5 cause they aren't hard to find. Things always seem to go smoothly.
Police office yelled at me for being stopped at arrivals even though I was sandwiched in between two cars that wouldn't let me go around them. He said "if I see you stop on more time I'm fining you 85 dollars" I'm not even an uber driver why would he threaten me with the rideahare fine?
Love TF Green. Wish they had direct FLT's to Sarasota!!
Clean airport very clean restrooms. Fast luggage pickup! Really fast!
Best airport in the region. Usually low wait times at TSA. It is a smaller airport so there is not a huge terminal to get lost in. I have never had bad experience at this airport. I would recommend this airport over Boston Logan anytime. Everytime.
They may want to clarify the entrance to the airport a tad better but overall it was a nice efficient feel getting in and out of there.
Great place. Good care of the airport to fight the covid19
Small and well maintained airport.
You would need a small walk to get your rental car.
Since it is a small airport, getting through security is quite a breeze. There are a few places to eat inside and a walkway to car rentals. There aren't too many flights, flying into Providence so connectivity is a problem,
I travel a lot and just had one of the best experiences at this airport. The employees here take security seriously, but are friendly and treat people like humans. Love their attitudes.
Not bad, sometimes people are crazy though so its random how your experience will be, but this should be the go to airport when you are traveling
They really should hire more people to check out rental cars there was 30 ppl in line and we waited for ever. The girl was doing the best she could but wow, not a good process at all.
I was at a 10 on the Bristol s scale. After a long day of travel for pageants, I wait until I arrive at Green s to pass a log due to the sanitary standards we uphold in this state. The toilet lining is a protection against all the nasties some of these women carry around. It s not worth the risk otherwise. I only wish their flush pump suction was a little stronger since the Donuts we had at a different airport got stuck like a baby lodged in the birth canal. I was embarrassed and someone was waiting to use the stall with the functioning liner machine. I guess, I mean the instruction says clearly, to place hand above sensor, but I get that these days few and far between are willing and able to use common sense. My daughter has an overbite so her dietary limitations are severe. Thankfully they have three Dublin donuts that carry jelly filled donuts. I also like them due to the fact it helps ease digestion. Thankfully I had a comfortable, hygienic environment today at Green s. Can t say the same for LaGaurdian, but then again the Bridgeport Rampants are there. I wish they wouldn t leave all of their residue. I think the staff are underpaid there.
I don't think there was 15 people in the airport. September 15, 2020. Crazy
Rude unhelpful staff, baggage claim took way too long, no currency exchange. I have a 12 hour layover overnight, but I am not allowed to check my bag until an hour before boarding, so I am stuck in the lobby. It is a freezing night, but the front doors are wide open so everyone inside is shivering. 3 hours to go. Only got two stars because there is a Starbucks open until around 11pm
Never had a bad experience and flew out of here 10 times before great airport could have more stores though
Fast security check, plenty of space to sit, friendly staff. It couldn't be be better
Easy in and out. The slightly higher fares than BOS are still worth it because of the inexpensive parking and the lack of the Boston traffic.
This is exceptional nice facility. The building is well maintained and the staff always displays a professional image. The one thing that needs fixing is signage for rental car returns. Signs are not well placed. These need to start on the interstate leading to the airport.
Small airport comparatively. It's nice - no complaints.
Easy to get and easy access from garage to terminal. Less congested too!
Clean airport with convenient access to parking and the train. It is much less congested than trying to travel via Logan airport.
