Very bad experience. Ordered grocery.. expected to deliver after 4 days. Waited for 7 days ... not delivered . Tried to contact customer care ..no response and after 8 days we received message that the groceries have been delivered ... please rate us. I don't know where they delivered .. it's good we made the option of cash on delivery otherwise we would have lost the amount. Will never order or buy from it again

Extremely bad service. My online order arrived with most items missing... yet, the delivery paperwork showing items delivered. What they have done is fill the bags with items I haven't requested. Large bags of sault were delivered and I have not even ordered salt!

I m visiting carrifour frequently and yesterday also I was there in Granada center carrifour. I brought some thing and I had to go to food court and I wanted to keep my troly on the baggage section, but the guy in the baggage section didn t want to keep my troly there and suddenly one American lady came over there she asked him to kept her things there and he did for her but he refused to keep our troly so we call the mall manager and he said sorry to us but still that time also he was misbehaving us in front of mall manager. So the manager kept out troly in the security office and he apologized for what his staff did to us.
