This company cares about their employees. They show it each year with driver appreciation week. Each month they nominate 2 drivers of the month. Every year they pick a driver of the year. My last 2 companies never did any of that. You can make good money here and drive a newer vehicle. I'm happy with them. They do have a lot of work so you are always needed.
