To the lady that complained about the Oak street townhouse complex the driver, in the parking lot. Thank you this has been an issue for years. The drivers have no respect for the home owners, or cares about the numerous complaints from the condo board. We also have schools that walk 15 + kids on the sidewalk , and they have to walk onto the street to get around the truck, Sherwood Park, Alberta. Sysco Edmonton says that they have numerous ways to deliver, YOU NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM

Staff seems friendly enough. Yard is clean and has lots of room to maneuver around.

1 star review just because drivers don't know how to park and block traffic while unloading.

Staff seems friendly enough. Big clean yard. Close to petro pass if a sleep isneeded before your apt time. I showed up at 4am on a Sunday and was able to park in driveway until gate opened at 5am. Once you get in to the yard, find a door, back in, place metal arm chock between trailer tires and bring paperwork inside to shipo8ng office. I was dropping off produce and backed into one of the bay doors on the west wall. Trailer doors open

The shunt truck driver over there is a##hole , rest all is good

I was looking to get a route from Sysco but after reading the reviews nope doesn t sound like a professional place to have professional drivers..

Very bad experience, the guys at the shipping desk is so rude. He looked like he didn t want to be there, and was shouting out loudly to me for no reason. I simply said I am backed on door # ??, and he shouted to me saying what do you want me to do. Anyway they started unloading, it took around 3 hours (not sure why they have appointment time if they gonna take that long), then they took the whole load out, it was a split load (I told the rude guy at the start that this is a split load). I went in again and got shouted by the rude guy again. Avoid this place if you can, not worth it at all.

Yard shunter and Receiver have bad attitude.They always yelling at truck drivers.

Disgusting place to deliver. The shunt driver is so rude, disrespectful, and ill mannered. I don t know why don t they fire this guy. This guy should know how to keep his mind in place. Honks at everyone without no reason.

Don't bother with those hillbillies. No manners. 5:30 on the door 9:00 i was finished then i was waiting inside the sysco parking waiting for phone call then the driver who moves the trailers i the door tell me to get out from the property so i move the truck outside not blocking the entrance here he comes again and ask me to move the truck on the road and also he was taking a picture with his phone. WHATEVER no manners and very demanding bad attitude..

I was visiting a friend in a townhouse complex on oak street, sherwood park. One of your trucks was delivering to the women's shelter and he was parked center o the small parking lot where noone could get around or out of their spaces. Then when he proceeded to leave he drove around the complex and I watched him almost hit several cars in the process as the parking lot is so small! Why send big trucks to to deliver where they are obviously too large! There are also kids playing withing this area...to me this is also a safety concern? Check the areas before sending trucks of this size, make sure they can safely do their job.

Alex trans ltd, works for Sysco, moved the barricades to a blocked in parking lot then just left them down when they left. Inconsiderate, not professional at all. I guess good things come from Sysco, but their is no telling how they will get there.

This place is disgusting. What is the sense for appointment?? I am sitting from 5 hours to get unload and when I ask old white pork how much longer he was really really rude and said, how I am supposed to know, how much longer it will take . I replied I thought you work here and have communication with forklift guys . He said go back to your truck and wait for flashing lights, instead waisting my time . Very disappointed with the brand name SYSCO. SYSCO HIRES PSYCHO. A very good combination.

I wonder why it takes so long for a skid of about two layers and I can do a truck load at the grocery people in 30 minutes and why do I go up the walkway and constantly trip over cigarette butts and running people smoking out of the designated areas and it's too bad for the people who really really appreciate the use of the lunchroom sadly have not that privilege anymore due to some other people there were a lot of empty doors and lot of people doing nothing today yet it still took me over an hour to get done

What is the point of having appointments, when you don't follow them. 1st appointment of the day, and 2 hours later, and not even a dockplate in my trailer. This happens every time in this horrible facility

Not a good experience at all , it takes around 5 hours to unloading , yard shunt truck drives rude and swears at drivers. Overall a total management disaster

Takes them hours to get just one or two skids out. Signed in at 5:00 am not done until 10:00 am

Quick to unload product. However, if the product is shipped on anything but a CHEP pallet, it's going back onto your trailer.

this issue is been bring up to this office with regards to the delivery guy name mohammad who is being rude and parking in front of my store and they are dealing with the pizza hut stuff. this driver never learn at all i dont know if he understand english or not. plate number 5EK211 this happen during the dinner rush which is most of my customer complaint about it cause it blocks the drive way..
