Crown Melbourne Limited Review

Room and facility price was average but I had to really shop around, otherwise it would have been a lot more expensive. Room was a little small for my liking and usual experience. Room service response was averaging 50 to 80 min on 4 occasions. Pillow comfort was terrible for myself and my guests. Original blankets and pillow cases were found dirty. Were later replaced for clean ones. My guests said all the stains were mostly dirt and dry toothpaste. I didn't comment, as I knew otherwise. Not happy! Overall experience with facilities on site just passed. Room experience was a fail. Overall experience for myself and my guests - not pleasant.

I love crown! Our experience went down hill when my partner got sick and the security had to call an ambulance. But hopefully we can come to crown again on a better day.

Beautiful view and an amazing pool, really love it every time I'm there, even if I'm not staying in the hotel.

Occasionally has some great acts like Bootleg Beatles. 3rd time to see them; can't wait for the fourth...

Great place to take your pay cheque and double it quite easily.

If you have to find a night club...it is a rabbit warren. Poor signage to help you if you come in the wrong door. Princes of the Night was totally amazing. 6 stars for Princes!!! You not too old and this SO well thought out!! All ladies should go. It is so worth it!!

Did not like the place at all. The dishes we purchased were not fresh and upto the mark. But it is their greatness they got them returned.

I really had fun in the casino and amazing events keep happening around crown.
This place has some great food and drink places.
And a very 'o' clock in the evening, don't miss the fire show ... Especially, when some events are happening around crown...

Stayed at the Crown Metropol with my wife for our anniversary. I forgot to bring beach towel and slippers for their high up pool. Lucky for me they supplied the towels up there, and even had a robe for me in the wardrobe with slippers. Had a pleasant stay.

Definitely an experience

Absolutely worth checking out, however be prepared to spend a bit of money. Most of the food places are pretty pricey and the food is pretty decent, but service is generally not amazing and the ques can be long on the weekends.

I recommend taking a walk through the casino! It's a spectacular sight.

Bring your Google Maps, because this place is massive. Be prepared to get lost on more than one occasion

Best casino is Australia so far, Barangaroo pending. Always hit the poker room. Nice friendly banter and donkeys don t hit their flush.

Multiple places to drink and eat. The only place for large scale gambling in Melbourne, every game you would want to gamble on. Great arcade as well

The is really something for everyone to do here. A mall with a food court, a casino, museums, and an event centre just steps away. Plus, the place is gorgeous. I actually never wanted to leave.

Worth going just to see the largest casino in the southern hemisphere. Food and drinks are overpriced.

Bustling multi purpose destination. Parking is a nightmare and pricey. Best to just tram it. Gambling and more gambling if you're into that stuff. Food everywhere.

Lots of parking at pretty good prices. Great selection of restaurants. Had dinner and went to the movies there. It was easy to find my way around. Staff were very helpful

A must visit place at least once if you are in Melbourne. The casino is quite good with different levels at every floor. Has great restaurants...

It is a functional place for a work function with rather nice food

If you hsve self control on your gambling you will enjoy yourself a great deal. Enjoy the free parking when you spend $50.00 on a meal. Lots to do at the crown complex and you do not have to gamble but it is fun to play and maybe win a little.

I loved the place infra more than any casinos around Australia

I love Crown so much! Their is lots of shops you can go to purchase clothes, jewellery, etc. There is also many restaurants and food places you can go to eat there. My personal favourite place is Playtime which is on the ground floor. It s a massive arcade with loads of fun games and prizes. There is also a Lazer Tag arena in Playtime too.

We loved our recent stay at crown. All of the staff in the Crystal Club were incredibly welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in an executive suite and found it well serviced and comfortable. The location is great and there is so much to enjoy on your doorstep.

We just checked out of Crown Promenade after two nights mid week. Great amenities and very family friendly. Buffet breakfast wasn't included for our son as part of our package, but it just cost $15 each morning. New chocolate fountain is a great addition. The swimming pool is great, but the spa didn't feel that hot. Mix of reactions to my son's flips - most of the staff turned a blind eye, but one staff member said no go. Our room was great - our staff member at check-in (Rass (?) (from China? )) upgraded us to a nicer room (higher up?). She gave us drink vouchers as we had to wait a little bit before we could check in.

Always great to check out and always changing. Every time I hid there is something new to see/check out. Also a great place to park. There is also a choice of really nice hotels. The buffet breakfast at crown Metropol is the best.

Never fails to enchant no matter what time of year your in Crown. However Christmas is a must time of year to visit .

Magnificent place. Just loved the view around from the place. You have crown casino nearby and the helipad view. Love of food joints nearby and casino as well as discs nearby. Pretty happening place I would say. Definitely recommend this place.

Pretty insane casino, Lost money there but it was fun, nice restraunts and food.

Amazing. They looked after us from the moment we stepped in. Nothing was too much. Great gym + spa, fantastic views and really well appointed. We will definitely return for another wonderful weekend.

Crown Towers is always amazing. Their rooms are opulant and I think they think of many things when putting it altogether. I go back to Australia a few times a year and this is the place I choose.

It's convenient, safe, accessible and has a lot to do around the casino even if you're not interested in gaming I still feel it's a good place to take your family. There's a large choice of restaurants, Southbank and the main train stations are both walking distance.

I always love coming to Galatic since I was a little kid. After nearly 15years this place is still a whole lot of fun. Nice and clean with lots of new games. Great way to unwind after a long day at work. Highly recommend if you never been, great place for kids and family.

Stayed at the Crown Promenade. Big, modern, comfortable, but impersonal. Part of a larger conglomeration of hotels, shops, and a huge casino. OK for a couple of days, but a real big city experience. Not really my bag.

Best casino in Australia. Puts the rest to shame. Great food court. Great shopping. Great views. Decked out very nicely. A few clubs and bars. A cinema. Massive car park.

Great variety here. And the place is much bigger than I expected. Try not to give away your hard earned money by gambling. It is an interesting place.
