I requested to have my water check and they did so in a timely manner. Also, when a water line broke due to people working construction, they fixed it in a timely manner.
Worse deoartment i have ever Seen!! they dont care about people houses!! I have called them so many times and they would come over and look at the main manhole and leave without fixing it !!!! They keep saying its blocked from my house without even checking the main manhole on the street !! 3-5 houses have this issue on my street and they basically DONT CARE whatsoever! I been pumping water out of my house every single day.. I live on Corlear St in Albany. one Star is too much for them !
