Very bad experience, the guys at the shipping desk...

Very bad experience, the guys at the shipping desk is so rude. He looked like he didn t want to be there, and was shouting out loudly to me for no reason. I simply said I am backed on door # ??, and he shouted to me saying what do you want me to do.

Anyway they started unloading, it took around 3 hours (not sure why they have appointment time if they gonna take that long), then they took the whole load out, it was a split load (I told the rude guy at the start that this is a split load). I went in again and got shouted by the rude guy again.

Avoid this place if you can, not worth it at all.
