In 2014, we purchased a Coast Cascade II Infinity spa from another dealer who, at the time, was carrying the product in the Syracuse area. Recently, we have been experiencing an issue with an overheating pump motor that is still under warranty by Coast Spa. Confused, initially, by what was causing the problem, I called the Coast Spa people for help and they redirected me to Syracuse Pool and Spa. Immediately, the supervising technician at SPP, Jim, came out on a very cold day -- the spa is full and running on our back deck --- and assessed the problem. A part controlling the motor needs to be replaced. Coast Spa in Vancouver was immediately contacted to send the part but have yet, for some reason, neglected to send it over a period of two weeks when daytime temperatures were hovering around zero for many of those days. Jim and his associate Luke have religiously come out to the house every other day to activate the heat pump for a short period of time to allow the water in the tub to heat, preventing the system from freezing. They are doing this all on their own as we wait for Coast Spa to send the part we need to fix the problem. I could not disagree more with those who feel SPP's Customer Service is terrible. I believe Coast Spa's Customer Service is terrible, but SPP has been amazing with regard to my issue. My only disappointment is that I didn't have the opportunity to purchase the spa from them. I would highly recommend SPP to anyone in the market for a new spa!

This is the worst place ever. I went in yesterday day. I had such a negative experience, instead of selling me a pool, She was so negative about all the things that could go wrong, I almost didn't want to buy a pool. Not from them anyways. No one greets you, the place is unprofessional and messy. After 5 minutes of being there I finally went and ask someone for help. The ceiling looks like its going to cave. I would NEVER buy a pool from here. Needless to say I went to Tarson on E. Taft Rd. They are professional, clean.

Syracuse Pool and Patio needs to really clean there place and there staff as well. So sad you wont be in business in another 10 years. Not at this rate Good Luck!!!!!!!!

We gave Syracuse pool and patio a 2nd chance since there prices were good. But... everything cost extra. The pool installers were RUDE and very unprofessional! Gave us a bogus guarantee that meant NOTHING and did a really bad job. Our liner was put in wrong and large gaps in the pool bottom. They ran into our sump pump line and covered it up and said nothing. They delivered the wrong pool and were very late.
I would never NEVER buy a pool from them! We did try to call and were totally avoided and NO FOLLOW UP care at all.
IT WAS A DISASTER!

The guys at Syracuse pool did a wonderful job, we are extremely happy with our new pool and patio! Never having installed a pool before, we didn't know what to expect. Bill and his team were very thorough in explaining the process. Bill gave us all the information we needed to decide everything from size and shape of our pool, to the type of filtration that best fit our needs. We also had a stamped concrete patio installed, and the mason educated us about the types of colors we could use and really helped us envision what the finished product would look like. It was such a pleasure working with all the guys at Syracuse Pool, we would absolutely use them again!

I was looking at the website and saw some negative reviews. Syracuse Pool built our pool 4 years ago and we have had nothing but a positive experience. If I call them today about a pool issue, they will either talk me through the problem on the phone or show up at my house by the next day. This is by far the best quality pool company in Syracuse. The negative posts are likely from the competition. I would not even consider any other company to build your pool.

had above ground pool installed where I had removed our old pool of 25 years. Pool is level but there were many wrinkles in the liner and the installers said they would work themselves out over time. next spring more appeared and we called Syracuse pool and they also told us they would go away. Following spring more came and now there are lumps that stickup 4 inches in the bottom and no one returned our calls, so we went directly to the store. We were told they would supply the liner and we would have to pay for water an labor is they were to fix the problem. they wanted pictures of the bottom to prove our claims. No pics available as the water is cloudy because we can not vacuum properly due to all the limps and wrinkles. We sent letter to owned, called owner and called Garret who is responsible for above ground pools. NOONE has taken the time to come check out our claims nor have they taken the time to return any of our calls. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. they took our money with no problem but now is seems they don't care about us.
