Vodafone have been overcharging me for 3 months. My son tried to ring the call centre 3 times waiting on hold for over an hour. Eventually when he gets through he is told i had to ring them. They will not listen to the fact their records already state that my number was to be put on hold on January 7 and that i live overseas and will pay international rates sitting on hold for hours. When i do ring them from oversees they then refuse to honour what was agreed last december. At at time when people are losing jobs and money is tight, this is not how i want to be treated. You have the records for what needed to be done back in December. Why do u need me to pay international rates, sitting on hold when you did not do what you agreed to do in january and then refuse what was agrees. Absolutely disgusting. I have my family with vodafone for over 10 but no longer
