Sydney Airport Hilton Hotel Review

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Fantastic amenities. Top notch location. Only downside, there was some type of construction going on during my stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sydney. The prices are high, however that is Hilton. You still have to pay extra for underground parking. The breakfast is good and value for the money. I would recommend staying there.

Good location. Easy access to food and shopping. Nice room but able to heard noise of lift going up and down if you are allocated room near the lifts area.

Great restaurants and bars, rooms are adequate, pretty average views though.

If you're disabled or have special needs, don't come to the Hilton. Won't help you and they'll just tell you do everything yourself.

Level 42 good. No noise and got a great view of the Tower

Great meeting spot near town hall. Also good for conferences and dinning.

Get a room on 35th floor, something really and can be an executive lounge on the 36th floor. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and very strategic. Can see the beautiful city of Sydney from the height of the hotel. Highly recommend to try.

I stayed for sightseeing in Sydney. Both the station and the bus stop are close to each other, so the location is very good.
It was accommodation with a child, but had you prepare a baby cot.
In addition, I was asked to put the mini-bar to prevent children from being charged by the touch, as the mini-bar is automatically charged when it operates.
Slippers, bathrobes, soap shampoo conditioner and a hairdryer are in the room.
You need to bring a toothbrush.
I would like to stay at Hilton again if I have a chance to come to Sydney.

The hotel staff were rude, however the hotel is nice and in a convenient location.

Great location & exceptional, efficient friendly service

I am a Hilton gold member and they cancelled my reservation for 2 weeks when they had a credit card issue. They would only restore at a much higher price. I have had it with Hilton.

Great service, plus they helped me find the things I left behind by accident.

Very disappointed. We had dinner previously at the glass house and it was amazing! So we decided to stay here.
The room was very small, bathroom stone vanity top was chipped, you could see all the silicon around the bath top, tiles in the shower we're lifting.
Breakfast buffet was appalling, food all messy in the hot food area, everything dripping in oil. People's dirty plates left all over the fresh food benches.
Scrambled eggs were so bad we couldn't eat it and ended up resorting to coco pops!
Overall very disappointed won't be staying here again. Paid $350 for the night.

Nice name, but general rooms are super tiny. Booked a suite but that was right next to the lift, no sleeps thru out the night.
Drinks and canapes in the corporate room is nice. Breakfast was a long wait in the restaurant.
Wouldn't do it again.

Had a very short stay but I had a clean and comfortable room. In-room dining options were a bit pricey but nice food.

Very nice hotel, however as a visitor from the USA who doesn't travel much, I found a few things that were odd. 1) no top sheet on the bed, only a comforter 2) only one outlet converter was provided in the room, and zero USB chargers 3) watch out for phone charges, I called Manly Beach twice and was charged over $5 (they did waive this as a courtesy when I asked) 4) the water in the shower was scalding hot for minutes even when turned all the way to cold, it would finally get colder and then you could warm it up to a reasonable temp

Restaurant was being refurbished. No other restaurant to eat at in Hotel other than room service. Remainder of stay was fine.

Nice central location. Food at executive lounge disappointing and no self service bar during cocktail hour.

Beautifully designed hotel with modern tasteful facilities. You must visit the marble bar if you are travelling through Sydney and enjoy one of their many cocktails.

The gym facilities are recently renovated and it not fun by fitness first with state of the art equipment and multilingual fitness staff to help your every needs.

As a local it s always a pleasure to visit whenever you are in town and be immersed in the beautiful interiors and architecture!

Lovely accommodations in downtown Sydney. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Great breakfast and nice Cafe for quick bytes.

The conference rooms are well set up, and the staff are both friendly and professional. The conference food had great variety compared to other venues I have been to for events in the past.

The club is awesome. Nice ambiance, good crowd and surprisingly fast and cheerful staff. Loved the place.

Handsdown favourite hotel in Sydney ! I loved my stay and can't wait to visit again. The beds were so comfortable -signature Hilton quality! The service and staff are incredible. Highly recommend the Executive benefits, an elevated expereince for sure :)
The pool and gym are well equipped. Perfectly situated for exploring Sydney city. I loved the vibe at Zeta as well, great cocktails and one of the best club sandwiches going !! I'll be back and thank you for a wonderful stay

Not a big room but overall alright. Worth mentioning the TV in the bathroom.

I go to the gymn here. Few pumped up gymn jockeys and helpful staff. Absolutely love the sauna and steam bath and pool.

Staff are exceptional and the food served during quarantine was amazing!!

Beautiful hotel and fantastic location, but our tv stopped working for 3 hours the morning we were checking out :( it just said no network connection.

Located in the heart of Sydney just across the QVB makes Hilton is one of the most popular hotel here, with the highest standard of service. The receptionist is so helpful, and the room itself is quite comfortable even though it is not that big. But I enjoy my time here, cheers to another visit in another time!

So difficult to get in and get out. Would have been nice if they had parking space.

Stopped by here for the cafe on the ground floor. The cakes and drinks were expensive at $7 a pc, and $4.50 a coffee. But hey it's a good price for a seat in the city. Lobby was packed with people when we came.

Underwhelming check-in, run-down rooms with rusting door hinges and worn out furniture and missing amenities already make it a 2.5 star experience. But the reason I will not stay again is because I was checked out automatically by hotel staff early morning and had housekeeping enter my room at 6:30am when I was sleeping.

Where to begin? The room was good, corner room with a view on the 22nd floor. However on arrival we had to wait for them to check if the room was ready (we arrived after check-in time of 3pm). We had booked and paid for for the room almost 6 months in advance why wouldn't the room be ready (not good enough Hilton)? The interaction we did have with Hilton employees was good. The pool area, well for a Hilton I don't think it's up to scratch (It's more of a gym pool than anything else). The gym/pool hours are not good enough. With so many gyms available 24hrs there's no excuse for why the Hilton can't do the same. The bathrobe I used was also not up to scratch, it was fairly old and tattered.

Top notch accommodations. The executive lounge has high tea each afternoon followed by cocktails and appetizers in the evening. The breakfast buffet is amazing with tons of options. Highly recommend the nutella donuts! Super convenient location with mainstream shopping across the street, and a quick 10-15 minute walk to Circular Quay or Fishermans Wharf.
