Sweetwater is a very nice place they have a lot of interesting food and they do almost anything you need in musical stuff fixing or repairing cell growing very quickly in Indiana specially the fort Wayne area.

Great customer service. The sales tech helped me happily and quickly. He even gave me a bit of a better price on both items, without me asking him. My one item was on the shelf, and the other arrived quickly from the warehouse.

Here is something else that Sweetwater does that nobody else does. That continually, year in and year out, provide interest free financing.

And what an unbelievable environment, not only in the individual show rooms, but in the rest of the campus as well.

This is a super awesome place to gor for either gear or just to look around. They have awesome selections of many guitars, pianos, synthes, keyboards, and drums. Lots of other things too. They also habe a huge window that you can look out over the factory portion as well. It seemed mesmerising to watch all the things moving around. They also have an arcade area, racketball room, small food court, and a few small instrument resale stores also. There were also a few recording studios, but I don't know how open to the public they are. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

No better music store anywhere in the world! Unparalleled selection, service, instructors... You name it, it's better here! Everything I buy, musically oriented, will be from here!

1) I have spent several thousands of dollars here. NEVER AGAIN.
2) Bought at least 2 guitars worth each more than 3,000 that I had to return because they were unplayable. The "setup" was nonexistent. It is frustrating expecting a top quality guitar and receiving something you cannot play unless you take it to your luthier first.
3) They seem to require a signature for everything. We (wife and I) have to work for a living. I recently bought a 10 inch guitar speaker, and could not get it delivered (I was taking a nap on my day off, nobody rang, or at least they didn't ring more than once).

Not fun. If you complain, they will try to fix everything and make you "happy", but I don't like to complain to get things right.

I have bought a number of guitars over the years. Before this purchase, I have only bought in person and not online. I was concerned about not being able to see and hold the guitar. That changed this week with my Les Paul Standard 60s purchase from Sweetwater.
Reid Bright was very helpful with professional advice up front before the sale. The fact that Sweetwater professionally photographs the more expensive instruments and posts the pics allows you to see the actual instrument you will be purchasing. For me, this was key since I was looking for a particular grain pattern in the guitar top. I selected the specific guitar I wanted and they shipped it to me. Finally, the follow up after the sale to fix a minor item was quick and easy. I m impressed!

We were a little disappointed due to the fact that we traveled 2 hours for our daughter to pick out a new guitar and couldn't because there were so many rude people playing that she could not hear what the guitars sounded like and when we brought it up to a sales person they were like oh well. Maybe I should spend my money elsewhere instead.

This is an amazing place for anyone in the entertainment industry. They do it right!

My wife Susan and I came in to look at acoustic guitars because Sisie's Ibandez had a problem. Well we met Doug in the retail store and he showed us several guitars. We purchased a Takamine and he gave us a great deal on it. He even gave us a case that was extra. He also had the Ibanez fixed for us and we purchased extra strings for both guitars also. On our way out we spoke to Melissa or Alyssa (sorry couldn't remember for sure). We did however, remember the tour she took us on and how she explained all that Sweetwater did. You have an amazing store and great people who work for you.
We have also purchased online and had such stellar customer service that we had to come and visit from Lima Ohio to see the store!

If you haven't heard, been to, or even seen this place... then you're missing out. Justin from maintenance is a bottomless pit of bad luck so stay away from that guuuy.

One of my most favorite place to shop for all my musical needs. Some the best staff you will ever buy from. If you need something and they don't have it, they find a way to get it. You can't go wrong with their website either. Love shopping here and hope you will too.

Had work done on my guitar. They did a great job. Price was high but not out of line as far as that goes.

What a fantastic company! For an online music retailer, they truly provide the best customer service in country. I recently purchased a 4-string electric bass. They took the time to set up the instrument's intonation and action prior to shipping. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered guitars from musicians friend and I had to spend hours setting it up before it was playable. Also, they took great care in packaging the instrument. Musicians friend just ships guitars in the factory box. Sweet water placed the manufacturer's box in a larger box that was properly packaged with dense foam to ensure my instrument was not damaged in shipping. Thanks guys, you're the best.

Always a good time at Sweetwater, I had a little bit longer than normal wait on a guitar being brought up from warehouse (30 mins) and a very nice dressed older guy (assuming some type of manager) offered to buy me lunch at the food court. I had already eaten so he gave me and my girlfriend Sweetwater shirts. Very cool

I haven't gotten the kind of personal service that Sweetwater offers in a long time. I got a phone call and an email from actual human beings which is rare these days. They have me as a customer for life.

Love the products and customer experience here. Never contemplated online purchasing before of guitars and didn't know I had such a great option. Had bad experience with local big music box store and don't think I'm going back even if they have local brick and mortar here in New Mexico. Abraham is my account executive, yes a human, and is great to work with. I'm no Pro but I feel like one now! The Plek and set up service offered here on guitars is unmatched by anything I've seen over the years of my lifetime. Plain awesome, period. After looking back on my interaction with Sweetwater I think the online business model is far superior than Amazon, Target, Bass Pro Shop, REI, etc. I would not be surprised to attend a college course and see it as a role model in a text book as I have seen before as the net grew. Their prices are great. More importantly, their customer service is probably the best I've encountered from any company. After a purchase, an engineer is personally assigned to you for any further purchases with Sweetwater. They will bend over backwards to meet your needs, provide resources and support, and fix any issues.

I drove two hours to Sweetwater so I could find a drum set that was right for me. The initial sales person told me "we can't pull drums out of the warehouse so you can check them out." Needless to say, I was pretty unhappy!

Five minutes later a young lady named Cassie O'Hanlon asked me what I was looking for, and we spent six hours--along with her helping other customers-- going through Sweetwater's drum inventory!

After two months of going to other music retailers, Who "didn't have it, but we can order it " I finally found the perfect drum set! I wish I would have started at Sweetwater first, because they had everything in stock, and the sales person was fantastic!

Sweetwater demonstrated to me that you can buy online, get the finest in customer service, advice, delivery, and follow up as you can with any local market music store. If I buy any new music item ever again, it will be from Sweetwater Sound.

Amazing place! It's like a mall for musicians. My Dad and I are in a band, and we take road trips here often. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help. This store makes me wish that I lived closer to Fort Wayne so that I could visit here more often. Thank God that I can also order online!

Only reason I don t give a 5 Star rating is that Sweetwater is horrible about replying to emails, like questions asked about certain products sent on Sweetwaters website to general Customer Service. If Sweetwater offers that way of communication too, then it should be closely monitored. Other than that, Sweetwater Music RULES and is the one and only place to purchase all your musical products! PERIOD!

The Disney world of music stores. I am so lucky to live so close to this place. They good food at great prices, with an amazing facility and wonderful staff. They have live Bands there often, sit and have lunch and enjoy the music. It is a great study spot too. They offer classes on nearly everything you can think of. Bring your kids and play in the arcade FOR FREE be sure to hit up the 2 story slide too... After all it's Disney world.

I wasn't happy with a travel guitar I had ordered and called for customer service. The sales rep that I spoke with could not answer my questions and I got very upset... This led to me becoming very upset. The next day I got a call from a VP of Customer Experience who offered to way above and beyond anything I've experienced before customer service to make sure I was taken care. Believe all the positive things about Sweetwater. I don't think customer service gets much better.

Amazing complex with lots of activities for the family, as well as a cafe and coffe shop. Definitely recommend visiting!
