It is as close to a musicians heaven as you can get...It is like going to a music lovers paradise...Even if you can't play or carry a tune you will be overwhelmed by the whole music lovers experience...It is such a great a place to take the whole family...Everything is 1st class from the mall like facility and ability to try any instruments to the food court and games to play for the children to be entertained while others see the professional recording studios and concert hall and mail order shipping department...Seriously if you are anywhere close to Ft Wayne Indiana you shouldn't miss the opportunity & experience that the wonderful & knowledgeable staff have in store for you...Don't miss it.!!!

Well I recently ordered Remo drum heads and received EVANS how did this happen my only guess Incompetence and because of this I had to pay $26 to ship the merchandise back I would say that s less than good service I ll never order from this company again and have told all my fellow musician friends about the situation all I can say is hello musicians friend

I wish i had more time to look around and play. They have EVERYTHING you need as far as music equipment goes. Super friendly and helpful team that will answer any question you have, and talk you through the products. Customer service doesn't stop when you leave the store either. They have support online to help you out should you have questions later down the road.

Sweetwater is so much more than a music store. It's a place for the whole family to enjoy! Often referred to as "Disneyland for Musicians", their building is open to the public daily with several unique amenities to experience including an upscale diner and cafe, hair salon and day spa, free arcade and virtual golf simulator, and hi-speed WiFi throughout the facility. There's even a full-scale circular slide large enough for adults and kids alike! Sweetwater's friendly employees are known for their knowledgeable expertise and unparalleled customer service.

This place is amazing. A huge metal, indoor slide... Free arcade games... Pool table... Ping Pong... Cafe... Oh yeah, and it's a world class music store and recording studio too ;-)

A musician's paradise. Seriously... If you play any instrument or do anything with sound, you just need to go here. Plus, food court, arcade, and giant slide too!

Amazing selection, they have just about everything you would ever need to play music. Their staff was also very helpful. However, the amp I bought had two broken tubes.

this was my first time using sweetwater i bought the holy grail plus....amazing service and speedy delivery times....the reps here are very knowledgeable. i can say that i will be taking my business here instead of those buffoons at guitar center

Always a good experience. Brought the kids up to grab lunch and let them have some fun playing in the arcade area for a little while to just get out of the house. I also like going for myself to find either some music to play or some sort of accessories for my music whether it is sticks, strings or reeds for the wind instruments. Great staff who help and make the entire visit less stressful

It's like a Disney Land for musicians. There's a game area, restaurant/coffee shop, always something cool on display there. Les Paul's and Buddy Guy's guitar are currently on display. There's practically any piece of music gear that you could need. They have used gear at the Music Exchange. You can take lessons there and even check out some great concerts too. It's a great place to visit.

Very happy with the customer service, they really do care. My order was small, but I got treated like it was thousands of dollars.

The free arcade was fun. My girls loved the slide! And the food was pretty good too.

Purchased roland fp90 my salesman fixed a package to match the one from Kraft music. I received the piano early April, contacted him April 22 and was told via email that still waiting on manufacturers release time. Now nobody answers to phone and haven't heard from him. I left a voice message today may second waiting on an answer. Be aware of this business.

Many instrument that you can buy and play. Great for getting into music, using many instruments and equipment and experimenting with new instruments. Wonderful staff that's tries to save you a lot of money when purchasing instruments. Clean and environment friendly complex with a slide and play area. Great learning experience for everyone regardless of your ability to play.

I must say that Sweetwater is in a class by itself. I first became aware of them after seeing an advertisement in a guitar magazine. I went to their website and was blown away at the sheer size of their buisiness . They have so may different brands IN STOCK and ready to ship, all at the lowest prices that you dont go elsewhere! The thing that helped sell me is once you make a purchase from them,you get a personal sales associate. From that point on ,you deal with the same person everytime you need something, building a relationship as a frienship. Genius!!,...My associate is Marc Bruhn,and he is a true credit to Sweetwater. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the music gear he sells. He always follows up my purchase with a call and an email to see that Im satisfied. And not to badmouth Guitar center or Sam Ash,but you just arent treated so well. I noticed little things at other stores that just didnt sit well with me... They will sell people demo goods as new!! And without a price break. A guitar thats been hanging on the wall for 6months that 50 different people have played and scratched the finish and chipped the paint on the headstock will be sold at full price, and sometimes they cant find the case or propper paperwork. Thats out and out just wrong..Also these stores make a fortune selling you an extended warranty at a huge price for an already expensive guitar. I bought in 2011 , a Gibson Traditional Les Paul, off the wall mind you for $2200. Then they told me it would be in my best interest to by a 4yr warrany that covers any repairs or possible replacement for an additional $500. And me not wanting to deal with any problems that may or maynot arise in the future shelled out an extra $500!! Well Sweetwater GIVES not sells a 2year top to bottom warranty for any gear purchased from them..so that $500 could have been used towards the amp that I really want... they also pay their staff close to minimum wage with a small commision for everything they sell.. which is why you dont see the girl that sold you a pedal 6months earlier, because she had to quit and find a better paying job!! My sales associate has been dealing with me since 2011 when I made my fist purchase of a Orange Dark Terror head and matching Orange 1x12 cabinet.I was promissed delivery in 5 days and saw the Fed Ex truck in my driveway in 2.I then got a call from a very cheerful Marc Bruhn who called me by my first name just to see if he could do anything else for me..... I dare you to tell me that about your experience with Guitar Center!!! Very simple, its the best place on earth to find and buy gear!!! OH YEAH,..I forgot..the SWEETWATER catolog is the size of the entire Old Testament,.providing hours of compareing gear and comfort to guys like me who like to dream of that next guitar.. and I almost forgot,NO TAX!!! Tax on a $3000 Les Paul comes to $258.00..Again that plus the $500 from the G.C warranty come to $758.00. Think about it

I can t really describe the music and instrument services because I ve never actually purchased anything here. I do know that Sweetwater is second only to the Guitar Store in terms of sales, which is pretty dang impressive considering they only have one location and everything else is online. So Sweetwater is basically the Amazon of the music world. I usually come to Sweetwater to get lunch or just work and have coffee. The Downbeat Diner and Crescendo Cafe serve amazing food and beverages. I highly recommend the burgers on Thursdays and taco salads on Fridays. Lol.

I bought a piano that had an issue and contacted customer support, I waited less than 10 minutes to talk to Zach. I was expecting to have to ship it back to be repaired and not be able to practice for a few days. Instead I was shipped a new one and told to ship back the old one within a certain time period. No questions asked, just great customer service all around. My sound engineer Mike has also been great. Best customer service I ve ever received by a large margin.

Just completed an order from this location for an escape room project. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. With such a large online catalog, I expected communication to be clunky if not non-existent. Not the case - Sweetwater is fantastic!

Went to Gearfest 2018, a musical persons display of almost everything related to the music industry. Sweetwater is an independent privately owned company, which is known around the world. Musicians from every venue have stopped by to purchase items or record in their studios. Awesome concert put on by so called company talents, which are really truly music legends. Drummers, guitarist, brass players and pianist. Definitely recommend this.

The level of customer service that Sweetwater provides should be a case study for any company looking to establish themselves as a customer oriented business. Tonday, in what is arguably their busiest day of the year (GearFest, if you haven't been to it you need to go) the entire staff turns out and there isn't a sad face or a grumpy attitude to be found. I called my Sales Engineer *knowing* GearFest was in full swing and left him a message letting him know that after things calm down next week that I needed some help. I had bought something that needed some TLC after the purchase. Less than 2 hours later I have my gear in full working order! I did not expect a call today, much less a tech support call that solved the issue as if it were the slowest day of the year for them. FANTASTIC. Chuck Surack should be very proud of the business and the culture he has built with this place.

Awesome store to go if you are a musician. I've shopped with Sweetwater many times, but going there is a whole another experience! If you shop with Sweetwater definitely pay this place a visit! It will be a experience you will never forget!

Sweetwater is amazing. Not only does it offer employees an amazing job but it also offers the community a free get away. They have a food, Ice cream, and soda bar. They have slide that is centered in the middle of the place for kids and parents to use. They also have a movie theater and offer free movies yo the community on a specified day. The have vital reality games that people can play for free. Like I said Sweetwater is incredible place in the community.

My order consisted of 5 packs of guitar strings. Within an hour of my order being confirmed I recieved a text message from Zack Davidson, letting me know the Guitar Strings I ordered were out of stock, and asked me how he could help me. When I asked if I could het the next size available for the same price he obliged and my strings were shipped that very day (2 days ago) and arrived today.
Sweetwater and Zack, made me feel like I was the only customer they had and over such a small order..... Sweetwater will definitely be getting my business in the future.
I've shopped MF since the catalog days of the 90s and from now on its Sweetwater.

We haven't ordered tons from Sweetwater but each experience has been great. They feel like family. My son has used them a couple of times and he was impressed, too, and it's not just the candy they send us.
Our church, HOPEChurch (Hope of Glory Family Church) had procrastinated in getting some lighting we wanted for a special event. We thought we could buy from a competitor with a local store. Found out they don't stock the lighting - totally understood that. Getting it shipped to us by Thursday was a no go even if special shipping costs were paid for by us. We found this out on a Monday (yes we waited to the last second) and tried Sweetwater. We told Sweet water our situation, gave them the specs on the unit we were looking at purchasing. They found something comparable and assured us they could help us out. Promised it would even get it there on WEDNESDAY. It came and worked. This guy wasn't even our normal guy - forgot we still had one assigned to us. They followed up, too. THANK YOU!!!!

I ordered Antares auto tune from them for only 100$! It was an amazing deal on a plug-in that usually runs for 400$. I had some initial trouble following their instructions with the I-Lok and stuff but once I realized it was just me then it worked out fine. A couple hours later I got a phone call from them asking how my Antares was working and if I had any trouble. the technician was so polite and was very helpful, he definitely made me want to shop again. This place leaves no space for disconnection between shopper and provider. 10/10

Amazing store with everything for sound and electronic music production!

Took over a week to receive the wrong guitar, then when I emailed about the issue they proceed to blame me instead of acknowledging the problem on their end whether it be the site or someone who put the order together it's not what I added to my cart and I don't appreciate the way this order was handled at all

I only visited the little theater for an ALT 99.5 private concert and not the rest of the store. The theater was nice with good acoustics.

This is a pretty cool place to visit even if you don't need musical instruments. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food and drinks are great, the games and lounge areas are fun, etc. I stop in every time I'm in Ft. Wayne just to relax and visit with some pretty amazing folks. I would highly recommend an hour or two here...the slide is fun, too!
