Swat Pest has been great! I've been with them for over a year and have had great service. Our tech always lets us know when it's safe to let our dogs out or back in during service. He is so friendly and thorough we wouldn't have it any other way. Not to mention we never have a second thought about a bug inside!

Great pest prevention service for my large family. They respect your home and family by placing let friendly stuff in and outside the home but yet is very effective on keeping the pest away. Always there when I need them.

Not bad over all. We were there for the Clinton Anderson Down Under tour. Concession could have had a few more options as far as food goes. Nice and well maintained facility.

I am hearing impaired and can't effectively use the phone. I asked twice in QUESTIONS if someone would contact me via email regarding Brown Recluse spiders in my house. I have had NO RESPONSE and have had it with Swat Pest!

Swat is always on time. They remind me when my appointment is due which I always need. The technicial is neat and courteous....if there is ever a unforseen problem.....they come right away
We do both the pest and mosquito treatments. At first we had LOTS of spiders and creepy crawlies, but the first treatment cut them WAY down and by the third treatment they were totally gone. Same with the mosquitoes. At first we couldn t set foot outside even in the middle of the day without getting eaten alive. The house was full of them and we would wake up in the morning with welts all over us where they had chewed on us while we slept. The mosquito treatments got rid of them to the point that we can even be outside after dark without getting bitten. Works so well that the neighbors started spraying for mosquitoes too!
I like that you have one person doing the service. That way they know you and what your problems have been in the past, what products have been used and they are always available should you have some kind of flare up unexpectedly in between regular treatments. They let you know when they will come, are on time, and will let you know should there be a hold up somewhere. In three years there has only been one time that someone could not make it because they were sick. Very reliable, very good, always friendly and professional.
The young man tha came to our house was very polite and ask if we had any questions at this time, and his overall demeanor was very positive.
We had to have the service outside only, but our technician is excellent and courteous and does and good job.
Poor communication with customers especially when customer has dogs and small children in the area and work schedules are not Monday thru Friday. It's their schedule or not at all.
Very impressed with this service. I deal with them at the company I work for and they are great. Always nice and very polite and ready to get the job done. Communication is wonderful for appointments and such. The quote we received compared to Orkin who we had previously, and 2 other companies was by far way better. Service and quality also way better. I highly recommend this company.

We've had service with Swat Pest for 2 years. Recently, with all the rain we've had, ants were coming in at 3 different locations of our house. I called hesitantly, assuming there wasn't much Swat pest could do because of the water table and our quarterly service was coming up in just 3 weeks, but our technician had an open appointment the next morning. Nicole, our technician showed up prepared to take action. Nicole knows her job very well. She treated the problem areas not just randomly spraying, but finding the possible entryway and spraying in the cracks and crevices. She located the problem source and took care of it! I have not seen another ant in our home and it continues to rain outside! I am extremely pleased with the 1st class service they provide!
I liked the guy who came to spray he was professional and knowledgeable. Will know if I can leave 5 stars after waiting to see if the wood bees and ants are dead.

I am not sure about the work done on my porches. You can see the plugs I don t know if it s supposed to be like that or not. My understanding was that they were supposed to patch them up. The garage was done ok. He didn t really want to do the porches or the garage but I told him I paid extra for that. Other than being late getting here without letting me know I had to call the company to make sure he was coming. It s went ok. I will Recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks.

We have been customers of Swat Pest for several years. They are always prompt in scheduling quarterly services and termite inspections. The technicians who come to the door are professional and courteous. They also are careful not to make a mess in my house. They have cheerfully come back to my house for a repeat treatment when we had a bad infestation of ants and again separately for bedbugs after staying in a hotel
I gave the two star rating because the service does work. Been using Swat Pest since 11/18 we have seen a couple spiders a had ants in our master bath.
Their custom service doesn't deserve one star. After my second trip to their office to complain they may be trying but it isn't a sure thing yet. The first time the nack office staff didn't bother themselves to come out to the lobby to address my concerns. Instead I heard a male voice say "Is he upset". He was speaking to the receptionist who is a very sweet young lady.
My compaint was that on their first visit they sprayed the inside of our home but because it was raining he would come back on the next dry day. He never did come back.
On the next indoor/out door visit the same thing happened. It was raining said he would be back and never did. This is why I went in the second time.
This time I refused to give the receptionist my name before she went to find someone to talk to me. Shaun came out to see me and promised to address the situation and wrote me a couple credits
I am still using them because of the chemicals seem to work. Haven't decided about the customer service yet.

We called them in the beginning of July to take care of our mosquitos. We asked about spraying once to see how well it worked and they said that was fine. They came and sprayed and a few days later noticed they charged us for a full season of recurring treatments. Called back to have the rest refunded and they claimed we don t do one time service so we won t refund you so we thought okay whatever we ll just go with it. It has made no difference in our yard since they sprayed the first time and we keep our yard well kept and it s not very big. Called back and told them we want to cancel the remainder since we aren t satisfied and they said it was our fault because we didn t have them come out in March yet they never mentioned that when we originally called. So they treated our yard knowing that it wouldn t work just to get our money. Terrible customer service and unfriendly. Even had the audacity to say call us next year in March so it ll work better . Would not recommend.
Herb is the best and is always a pleasure to have come service our house. Bug Free ever since he started.
Everyone from the company has been really nice. They showed up on time, made sure we understood what the treatment plan was. Herb took care of everything in a timely manner, while answering questions along the way.
We've been using Swat Pest for over 10 years now. We've been using them that long because they are very good at what they do. If they weren't, we would not have been using them for that long a time. When our technician Herb comes to the house every three months, the first thing he asks is are we having any problems with pests. No. We haven't had insects or mice or pests of any kind. That's why we've used Swat Pest for over ten years.

They start by asking you have you had any issues and if so what and where. Then they look at any bug bodies you may have and tell you what it is and whether or not their treatment will take care of them which they always have. They do a thorough treatment, yet in and out quickly. Always friendly and polite. SWAT pest control is the only company we will use for our business.

The degree of professionalism shown was outstanding. Their responsiveness to any questions I had showed the vast amount of knowledge and experience they have. One thing in particular, I called and had a specific question, rather than just give me an answer the person I spoke with contacted the supervisor to ensure the answer to be given was accurate. The only reason I m not giving a full 5 star rating is due to the ambiguity in the material provided. An opportunity for improvement. I will say they walked cleared up any confusion we had.
