I gave the two star rating because the service does work. Been using Swat Pest since 11/18 we have seen a couple spiders a had ants in our master bath.
Their custom service doesn't deserve one star. After my second trip to their office to complain they may be trying but it isn't a sure thing yet. The first time the nack office staff didn't bother themselves to come out to the lobby to address my concerns. Instead I heard a male voice say "Is he upset". He was speaking to the receptionist who is a very sweet young lady.
My compaint was that on their first visit they sprayed the inside of our home but because it was raining he would come back on the next dry day. He never did come back.
On the next indoor/out door visit the same thing happened. It was raining said he would be back and never did. This is why I went in the second time.
This time I refused to give the receptionist my name before she went to find someone to talk to me. Shaun came out to see me and promised to address the situation and wrote me a couple credits
I am still using them because of the chemicals seem to work. Haven't decided about the customer service yet.
