We called them in the beginning of July to take care of our mosquitos. We asked about spraying once to see how well it worked and they said that was fine. They came and sprayed and a few days later noticed they charged us for a full season of recurring treatments. Called back to have the rest refunded and they claimed we don t do one time service so we won t refund you so we thought okay whatever we ll just go with it. It has made no difference in our yard since they sprayed the first time and we keep our yard well kept and it s not very big. Called back and told them we want to cancel the remainder since we aren t satisfied and they said it was our fault because we didn t have them come out in March yet they never mentioned that when we originally called. So they treated our yard knowing that it wouldn t work just to get our money. Terrible customer service and unfriendly. Even had the audacity to say call us next year in March so it ll work better . Would not recommend.
