Swat Pest inspected our home for pests prior to purchase. They educated us about the various kinds of pests and what they do to deal with them. They successfully eradicated a brown recluse infestation that appeared shortly after we moved in. They have been doing our quarterly service since then (nearly 3 years) and we rarely see any pests in our home anymore. If we have any issues between visits, they come back and take care of it right away. Our technician is very good at his job! They make it easy and affordable. I highly recommend Swat Pest for all of your pest control needs!

We had the unfortunate experience of getting bed bugs in November of 2016. We live in an apartment complex, and due to a contract we were set up to use Swat Pest to eliminate our bed bug problem. My issue is the lack of communication between Swat Pest home office and their technicians in the field. We were given a date that the first appointment(dog sweep) would occur the last week of November. Following that appointment we were told that we would have 3 follow up appointments 12/2, 12/9/ and another all clear dog sweep on 12/16. After this we didn't hear anything. We have a dog(who doesn't handle strangers or other dogs well) and a cat. Each week I would call Swat Pest on Wednesday/Thursday to try to figure out a window of time that they might be there so I could let them into my apartment, to secure the dog, and for piece of mind, I mean who wants strangers in their house? My biggest concern is that my dog can be aggressive to larger dogs, as he feels threatned by them, and I wanted to avoid a conflict. Every week a woman from Swat Pest took my name and phone number, promised to pass it along to the techs, with the idea that they give me a phone call when they were on their way to perform the treatments. Not once did I receive a phone call, forcing my apartment complex to let the techs into my apartment twice, and leaving me feeling frustrated and vulnerable. The 3rd time, I had to wait at the apartment for over 4 hours since they wouldn't give me a time, and we couldn't afford to miss the treatment, as my apartment complex was closed that day for their Christmas party, costing me over $60 in wages. When I called Swat Pest today to try to get to the bottom of this I spoke with Jim, who told me despite his associates taking my name and number, and promising to call me when they were on their way, never entered my updated my information on the file, and that it wasn't Swat Pests problem. I worked in customer service for over 5 years, and this is not how you treat a client. As someone who is footing the bill for almost $1,000, I feel incredibly frustrated. We had no say in choosing Swat Pest(contractually obligated to via Apartment Complex), and I will not be recommending them in the future.

Pulled up to my daycare in Wadesville IN to see a SWAT Pest Tech. Power spraying the exterior of the building as 2 an 3 year olds were walking in with their parents. This is the second time I have witnessed this. Last time it was at a baby house with 8 newborn- 2 year olds in a room and the tech was just going around them treating baseboards. UNACCEPTABLE

Swat Pest has treated my home for ants and also did a termite inspection. Their employees were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed our problems even coming the second time to treat our ant problem at no charge. Shaun their service manager was top drawer and very straight forward and easy to deal with. If you are having a pest problem I would recommend call them you will not be disappointed. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable.

He wears slippers over his shoes. He is dressed appropriately. He lets us know that he is coming, and gets our approval to do the outside first. He is pet friendly. And bonus, he remembers their names. He is blind to our messy home. He asks questions and listens attentively when I speak. He does not take up your time. He is completely done before you know it.

Swat Pest is the best! Herb has taken great care of us over the years. We highly recommend them.

I have worked with swat past on multiple occasions and have been charged thousands for what competitors have done for less than 100 for the same service and the competitors yielded much better, much more empathetic service and results. I was charged $250 for an inspection and the competitor provided a free inspection and the first 3 treatments combined barely cost more than swat pests initial consultation. Id also add, the treatments I have had from swat past have had to be done multiple times and yeild less results. I would personally not refer any friend or family to swat pest unless all of their competitors suddenly went out of business. Shop a little before you agree to swat past fees and sub par service.

I have used SWAT for years. They are always professional, effective and timely. I never call anyone else. A++++

Swat Pest is a local business that will work with you, I called a few other places and they had "packages" and such to where you could get the feeling they were not in control and just trying to find what box to click on a company website for you. Swat Pest worked with my specific needs and schedule and it was great.
More importantly, it was cheaper and it worked.

The team that comes out to my apartment are amazing. They are informative on how to clear up the problem I am having with bugs in the area that I live in. Absolutely live the prompt service!

The gentleman that treated our home was through, polite and a true gentleman. Just happened yesterday so I cannot testify regarding the effects of the product but the service was wonderful!

We ve been customers of SwatPest for over five years! When we first bought our house almost 10 years ago we had a small infestation of Camelback crickets in our basement. SWAT Pest came out immediately and took care of the problem in no time! We were so impressed with them that we ve been on quarterly treatments ever cents, and we ve never had a bug problem since we began using them! Good and effective service but they need to have all their technicians know their prices. The first guy told me $140 for first visit and the quarterly visits would be $75. Then the guy who showed up to spray my house basically called me a liar when I told him was told that. His words were "I don't think someone told you that because those prices are too low" and then told me the visit for that day was $150 and the quarterlys were going to be $90 a visit.

The swat pest team is very respectable, they are diligent in their job. I find that the staff is always on time and thorough. I would recommend swat pest over any of the other companies that I have used in the past. I have found that this company stands behind their work.

Our technician, Matt is quick, thorough, and very personable. We trust him and Swat Pest to do the job required. The quarterly treatments are reasonably priced and take care of any pests we may have. If we notice any bugs between treatments, they will come back and retreat the areas involved. That only happened once with Box Elder bugs and we have not had any problems since.

Lance came and did our inspection and was very informative and walked me through everything he was looking for! Very thorough and professional. Danny came and did our first treatment and what a super nice guy! Called way ahead of time to let me know we would have to reschedule treating the outside due to the rain which I completely understand and appreciated the heads up. Danny preformed treatment services for spiders,fleas and cockroaches( which have mostly been outside) but I'm paranoid about any creepy crawlies and wanted our home treated for pretty much anything and everything. This company employed some great employees who were well versed in their skills and knowledge and put my mind at ease!
