Ryan has been very personable and thorough in his visits. Anytime I ve contacted him, his responses have always been courteous and helpful. SWAT has been very flexible in scheduling appointments.

These guys are helpful and describe what they will do and why they are doing it. Communication is so important, and they do it.

The sale manger Awesome worked really hard to find my problem. skyler and emery did i a great job fixiing the problem even if they was 30 minutes late. skyler is more Distant but with everything going on i can understand. emery laid back down to earth and more friendly. they did good taking care of me. me Personally i think tony need be the sale manger and the bug guy to but that s only bc tony my buddy and no one will ever change my Opinion about him.

Had my first visit last week to treat my home. Very nice and professional young man. I ve heard great things about this business and decided to give it a try after moving into our new home. Called to get a free inspection and they were at my home within a couple of days. Once we decided to go with their service our first treatment was done within the week.

Quick and professional. Initially I called for rats in the crawl space of my home. I decided to go ahead and do a yearly plan for bugs as well. Price was way less than expected and they were very quick to schedule me. Tech was very professional.

I've used SWAT since 2012 and they took care of several problems at my previous residence. They even gave me a discount when they found termites in my second year of business with them. I was very happy and recommended the company to anyone who needed pest control services. I was especially impressed with my tech from ~2016, such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with. But then I moved across town and the new tech was nothing like the last one. It just seemed like he didn't care. He also told me there was nothing he could do for my mouse problem. I called the office, because if this was accurate I would need to change companies, and they sent him back out a few days later with some other traps. He didn't come back after that. I'm on my second guy at the new address and he's not much better. On quarterly visits, neither of them would change my glue traps. Neither of them would spray my garage or basement unless asked. Neither of them were able to get rid of my pests. I even called once between my quarterly services, and they come out for free, but it didn't help. And now brown recluse have moved in. I cancelled my service, and they let me go pretty easily.

Great service and always on time. Caleb is our tech and he s great. He s fast and thorough along with being friendly. We ve been happy with the rates and follow through after just being with them for a short time.

I LOVE Seth! When we moved in, we had a SERIOUS spider problem. It took several months, but now we have none! He asks about problems, and destroys them. They don t come back!

This is the only check I don t mind writing.

Always a nice to talk to. On time and fast service! Never had any issues or complaints...but I will say there s a woman I ve spoken with on the phone a few times and she is so pleasant and extremely nice. I wish every business or call center had someone like her.

The gentleman that came to do my first treatment was prompt, respectful and friendly. When he was done he explained everything he had done and what to expect. I was very pleased with the service.

Very professional and does a thorough job. If any sign of pest between treatments, they are quick to come back and treat again and try to solve the issue. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced services!

Slader has been taking care of our home for several years and we couldn t have asked for a better field technician. He s answered my questions, explained our services and assured me that there won t be any spiders inside our home. Even though they have a purpose, spiders aren t my favorite of God s creatures. Within Slader s professionalism, we ve been able to know him beyond that. Thank you Slader.

We use Swat's quarterly service for not only our home but our business. They do great work, very knowledgeable and courteous. Last year we also signed up for the outdoor mosquito spray during the summer months, and it worked great and it was priced great. We've already signed up to get started again this summer. Highly recommend Swat Pest, Shaun, Matt and Slater are all top notch!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. But they keep the conversation down to Earth, explaining the various chemicals and asking if you have had any issues or seen any pests between treatments. Had this service for 10 years and they actually rid my home of that nasty Brown Recluse. I m very thankful for that.

Everyone from the woman I spoke on the phone with to make an appointment, the inspector, to the actual technician who performed the service was very polite and friendly. I never felt disrespected or like my needs weren t being taken care of. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone I know in need of an exterminator.

Started out great. When we had Logan doing our house he was wonderful. Zero complaints but he has moved areas or something. The last two we have had spraying our house they get in and out as quick as possible not really doing a great job. Service has become average. Definitely not what we were used to

Very disappointed with Swat Pest. After being with them for a long time I needed them to come out and spray for ants after I had already had the area sprayed less than two weeks ago. They were unwilling to accommodate my needs and even suggested that it way my fault the ants were back as the spraying of the inside and outside were done at different times. They pointed out that I was on one of the cheapest plans they had! I guess my little account was not worth it to them. They would rather lose my account than come and respray without additional cost to me!! I wonder what they would of done if I had a bigger house and a larger account!!!!!!!!

The tech was friendly & followed safety guidelines well. They treatments have been affective and we will recommend Swatt to anyone who would ask.

I have used swat pest for about 5 years now, and I love them! Their associates are always great, I have lots of pets with 2 large hyper dogs and all of the associates have always welcomed their hyper love which is a major plus for me. They are very responsive if I have a request or concern, and are very friendly.

Our experience with SWAT pest was wonderful. we had a bad ant problem to where they were getting into our home and now only 24 hours later I've already noticed a marked decline in the number of ants that I've been getting in. The cost was considerably less than I thought it would be.

I contacted Swat Pest Management for the Newburgh Junior Baseball fields, and they have gone above and beyond our request and expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an amazing company to work for them.
