Visited here recently and it was good. Greeted with smiles by the staff. Very positive and accommodating. - Food was good. Good variety as well. No complains. Relaxing and comfort food.

I used to love coming to this location but now its horrible. The staff is young and often goofs off. 4pm is the worst time to come there is never anyone to take orders. When you ask for more rice they roll their eyes and throw your bowl down the line. The cashier with light colored eyes, skinny has a ghetto nasty attitude and cleaning trays with a dirty towel. I prefer to have eaten at the Tres Carnes down the block. Never eating Chipotle again. I can see why they have Ecoli with many careless immature staff members.

This chipotle provided the blogger and clients with high end hospitality. Eugene and Chris provides the clients with higher end service.

The portion was way less than expected. I had to ask several times to add more stuff to the bowl. Chipotle is not the same anymore

I love Chipotle, but the experience here ruined it. I've never had problems at this location until this one time when I went to redeem my free burrito bowl. I made the mistake of ordering extra meat which was not covered. The manager frowned at me and acted in the most unethused manner. I watched in horror as he proceeds to discard the entire burrito bowl that was not at all contaminated at all. What a waste!

Not only that, he starts a new bowl for me with the smallest scoops of ingredients possible. The BOGO promotion is supposed to be a win win situation for both sides - but this horrible experience left me with a sick feeling in the stomach and a lost appetite. I'm definitely not coming back to this location again because I want to throw up being reminded of that awful day. =***(

Veggie rice bowl was virtually flavorless. Service was quick, but definitely not going back to this location. Dos toros is much better and cheaper.

My experience in this chipotle was horrible, eating wise and working wise. The staff does not care about you, and the way they treat you is as if that's the only job you can get. not only that there corn is always half way frozen they're portions are horrible, and sometimes the chips are skimper than 4 oz. eating wise its fine I guess , if you don't mind rude customer service. I wouldn't even recommend anyone to work there! They don't believen giving 10's after 4 hours or a hour break after 6, which just shows They're labor skills for there own crew is horrible!

Out of all the locations they have the nicest steak, its super soft on a medium side. Every other location I tried it was overly well done and super dry.

This is a decent chipotle. Staff is cordial, food has not made me sick yet.

I love Chipotle but not this one. They always give me extremely small amount of meat and rice so I always add extra meat for 4 dollar. Staff is cold as ice they treat customers with no emotion. The only reason I go to this Chipotlw is becuase its near my workshop.

Usually really quick for lunch but I had the worst experience today! I walked up at 11:12am when the posted open is 11. A bunch of people are waiting outside while the staff is standing inside. Someone knocked and the employee made a rude face and gesture that they weren't open. Then turned her back and mimed knocking on the door!

A sucker for spicy food, great ingrediants and free drink refills

I do like chipotle this store does not has the same long lines as other stores near by.

Ordered online, didn't have cheese, asked to have a refund, was unable to refund and told to phone HQ for a refund

Nothing ever bad to say about Chipotle. They have new power bowls with lots of options. Try the veggie or guacamole...it won't disappoint.

Burnt chicken, overcooked veggies. Busy location - do not expect friendly service. Relatively clean.

Good healthy Mexican food for a quick inexpensive bite.

Standard fare, however smaller seating area than all the other Chipotle compare to NJ locations. On the day I went it was slow and the staff felt new at their jobs.

Restroom access required a special code to access (listed at the bottom of your receipt)

It tasted just fine, its just that the optics were off in the establishment. It needs to be cleaner and better kept. Empty the garbage, clean the bathroom and keep the chairs and eating areas clean. These are things that I wish I realized before I purchased a burrito because I never would have realizing all of this...

Since it was pride parade in NYC, i can't believe I waited for 30 mins in the queue to place my order. Nonetheless i don't mind waiting in queue for that much amount of time as i love chipotle. The food is fast to get, reasonable and most importantly filling and yummy too. I was take the veggie burrito bowl with tortilla on the side. They also have meat options too which is very popular.

Always come to this Chipotle. One server particularly has always gave me good service and is always super chill. Wish I knew his name but I don't. Anyways great service here

It's another Chipotle!!! Same great burritos as all of the other locations but in a different spot. This location has some great people watching. Pull up to one of the windowside benches and take in the city while chowing down on some good Mexican food.

I had some Chipotle at this location for dinner with a friend recently Saturday. My food was good. At night, it was not so crowded. Although, I was very glad to see one of the employees that work there know Sign Language. I hope to see more employees anywhere that know Sign Language.

One of the good Chipotles, the managers here knows what they're doing.

It breaks a branch, but it is not possible to make low meals, the meat they offer is fat and seems processed.

I love this Chipotle location. The staffs are so friendly especially Stacy, she is such a sweetheart and have great rapport. This young lady's customer service is outstanding. I'll definitely recommend coming here to other friends and family! Keep up the great work

Went for lunch. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

I haven't been to Chipotle for a while and must say something happened. The food was laid out on the steam tables - tops of everything was dry and not tended to properly.

Tables in restaurant never wiped down. Garbage not removed.

I would think after all the previous attention Chipotle received regarding food safety and sanitation - there would be a great emphasis placed on really changing the attitude and presentation.

I'm not impressed at all. I can do better by walking a couple of doors down to Dos Toros and getting what I wanted - cheaper and cleaner too.

Chipotle - you let me down.

Great food fast service. Beef can be cold sometimes so choose accordingly.

One of the few things that Chipotle has going for it is the generosity of portions. At this location, either the management or poor training of staff, makes yo7 walking away feeling cheated. A scant scoop of the meat went into the orders of both my companion and me, and both of us were left wondering why we have only rice and beans in our food.

The best way to get cheap but fresh and good food is to go to chipotle. Great food and service. They do delivery at the moment.

You can never go wrong with Chipotle, if someone is finding it difficult to get vegetarian food you can eat here. It's very similar to Indian Rajma Chawal

Chipotle ist one of the best way to eat in NY. It's cheap an the portions are hugh.

For sure one of the best meals I have had this year. Very pleasant place with great service. I essentially ordered every taco on the menu, and I loved each and every one of them. Also, the spicy salsa is a must. Topped it off with an hortatory to calm the ole taste buds. You can eat like a king here without draining the wallet. Highly recommend.

Beware - they shut off their grill at 9 pm (closing time is 10). Went there at 9:15 and they said they were out of chicken, and they wouldn't be grilling any more.

This is a very uncrowded chipotle with simple seating and a limited refill tap, always outa something tho
