I do not wish to give even quarter of a star to this hotel. We booked this hotel for aug 12 and supposedly it was a suite .... I would like to scream out loud and tell everyone that their suite room is even smaller then a 3star hotel room. We requested for a change...trust me that on the name of customer service they are the worst people ever.... the lady at the reception walked away while I was still speaking to her .... they charge you for extra beds but there is no space for the bed.
Also their pool filter was not working ....thanks to them all of us are now down with viral.
Pls do not go this hotel even for free
