It took me a while to finally decide that it was time to give up my old car and purchase a new car. I went back and forth contemplating if it was the right decision for me at this time, of course with COVID and so many uncertainties in the world right now. I took a leap and I went to Serpa's. This was probably one of the best decisions i have EVER made. Stefano was full of information and he provided me with so much knowledge to all my questions... and I had many! He was patient and kind and really took the time to let me know all my options, prices, styles and extra add ons. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful Audi Q3 and I couldn't be more happy. I located my 2015 corvette stingray via autotrader. I contacted Serpa boutique and was connected with Mat. He answered all my questions even on a Sunday. My wife and I made an hour and half trek to view the car based off the trust we built with Mat via email correspondence. When we arrived we met with Mat. He was relaxed knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We felt no pressure to purchase. The product that we saw was exactly as depicted. We negotiated a price that was fair for the dealer and for us. There were no hidden surprises or extra costs. This was our first sports car and we were worried about the expense as it was not a necessity, however Mat was relaxed and worked with us to make the purchase an easy transition into sports car ownership. Upon delivery of the vehicle the dealership went above an beyond and replaced all four Michelin Pilot sport tires at their expense. I highly recommend anyone to go to this dealership and ask for Mat. Dealing with Serpa was great. Took a lot of the hassle and pressure of car shopping away. Matt was excellent! Didn t try to sell me . Instead, he listened to what my family needed and made suggestions. He actually advised me to go with a less expensive option as it was a better fit for what we needed. This kind of transparency that Serpa showed me and my family was appreciated and when our lease is up, we will go back for our next car.
I dropped my bike off for a safety inspection almost 3 weeks ago. The employees lied to me several times already about when it would be looked at.
Initially I was told it would only take until Saturday from the day I dropped it off. Then I was told it would be two weeks. Then I called yesterday and was told "we are looking at it today, we will call you either today or tomorrow" it's now past closing, and no one has called me. The riding season in Canada is short, and every week counts. I've lost nearly three to this shop over what should be a 30-60 minute job. Because of serpa I paid $200 in insurance this month to sit around doing nothing.
I absolutely will not be back after that. This is easily the worst experience I've had as a customer anywhere. I rarely if ever complain, I usually just take it in stride but this has been a terrible experience.
