Awful customer service. Quote was not followed up and email remain unresponded (I am not an architect or a designer so it was probably the reason I was not looked after properly). Complete waste of time and energy which was not really needed when you renovate your place.

Truly exceptional knowledge and customer service from Adrian - I have now worked with him on two residential projects and will no longer work with any other tile/slab company. Good range, fair prices and high quality tiles. What makes them 5 star is the top quality service. I was 2 boxes short of wall tiles to complete my job. Although the batch was sold out they managed to go back to previous orders and acquired some more tiles from a large order (which had overs) so I could finish the job. Saved me a huge amount of hassle and heartache by getting tiles from the same batch for the perfect colour match! Thanks.
Great range on display but I received an unhelpful member of staff. My appointment that I d travelled across town to attend was over in 5 minutes, possibly because my current project is a smaller scale. There was another staff member on the floor assisting others and he was absolutely brilliant so maybe it s luck of the drawer, but I certainly won t be returning.
A truly fantastic business! Jimmy was an utter delight- so helpful, patient and expert. Fantastic showroom to explore and beautiful products. Can t recommend them highly enough.
