We used SurePayroll for nanny payroll services to make sure appropriate taxes were filed and for the ease of running weekly payroll. The first year was flawless and I would have given them 5 stars. We transitioned to daycare and thus stopped nanny services in August of 2019. Surepayroll did not file Q3 taxes and it was an absolute nightmare trying to remedy the situation. The service I had paid for was not provided. It's been 6+ months now and I'm still having issues. Customer service needs to be improved at this company.
I would give them 5 stars but I cannot communicate with someone who speaks Spanish they are making me bad the report of unploymen I am paying double when I solve this I give them 5 stars

The organization will interview applications but not give them any further contact or unprofessional contact. Individuals may have 1 interview and if disinterested the recruiter will clearly show it during the phone interview with sighs. The lack of professionalism in the interview process is just wrong.
