The customer service is really uncooperative.
For accidental buyers there is not even the slightest effort to meet the customer.
Sad ... I have to deal with various companies professionally, especially in the online area and rarely seen a company that so much bounces your customers.
Even at 5 to 10 .... poor. Sorry differently you can not call that.

I have been playing Big Farm for almost 8 years now, and sometimes Empire. Unfortunately, the game is getting worse and worse with improvements. You shouldn't say your opinion in the forum, you will be blocked immediately. It is the purest dictatorship, but they like to take our money.

Empire 4 kingdoms...cool game , but custumer service really sucks.... i try from one month to resolve something and doesnt work...

Customer service sucks! Looped emails that never accomplish anything. Wasted time & money!
