The customer service is really uncooperative. For accidental buyers there is not even the slightest effort to meet the customer. Sad ... I have to deal with various companies professionally, especially in the online area and rarely seen a company that so much bounces your customers. Even at 5 to 10 .... poor. Sorry differently you can not call that.
