For the most part the people who work there are fairly rude

I GET A TRAFFIC COURT DATE, WONDERING IS IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN SINCE THE COUNTY FACILITIES ARE MOSTLY CLOSED. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! NOW I GET A VERDICT AND A 700.00 BILL AND I STILL CAN'T CONTACT ANYONE. THIS COURT HOUSE IS A JOKE.

My ex husband quit his job in july to don't pay child support. Said in his statement he got fired, then he admitted he quit ,then said he never got the court order, show up in court claiming he is sick without a doctor note. And he got a few more months from the judge to get a easy job, and great news from July until he decide to get a job his child support is 0. I'm disable and Latina with a Latino kid, my ex an American, So at the end I will closed the case there is no way I ever gonna get a penny for my child. . I'm sure this court will give him more time to find an easy job, between the police , the legal system, there is not much hope for a Latino kid other than after finish his education move to another country where his background and the color of his skin won't be an issue ..

I've gone threw 8 judges and "retaliation" is the name of the game up there. Judges constantly offering legal advise to one side to case fix in family law cases. Verbal abuse from the judges is the norm. Heck they even allow your ex to verbally abuse you in court. Missing that's a form of DV being displayed right to their face, but they do it how can they call the kettle black?
They relay on fake credentialed PHDs whom are NOT licensed as PhDs, and use their testimony as if they were gods. One judge after another state they will not reread the records and when you got them not following policy and procedure in the mediation department they lawyer up with Kinberly Drake in Oakland. I have Fightmaster the DCS judge admitting she threw out evidence in transcript people! These cases are rigged from the top meaning Raima and Jose. Think about this: when Raima Ballinger took office the whole courthouse walked out, she was more interested in nailing me while two kids were murdered on her watch.
The newest flunkie Ornell made sure I could not cross examine witnesses nor made sure witnesses came to court. This place is a joke, just go to federal..... They will keep the cases going forever w lies for federal monies..... There has not been ONE judge up there that has not violated their cannons, they order people into supervised visitation w hearsay and never let you out of that bs to make the county monies for people that don't follow the Cal Rules of court 5.20, and when you tell them they retaliate.... watch your back these ppl are the worst kind of evil.

The people who work in these offices are wonderful! Always very helpful always willing to go the extra mile and very patient with people! The workers in the clerks offices are not allowed to give you any kind of advice of any kind and people think they're rude that's just not true. The legal aid office is so helpful just make sure you get there before it opens otherwise you may not be seen.

It's been awhile since I've dealt with them but the girls at the pay fine desk helped me . I don't think I will visit them again- ever for a follow-up review lol.

I called today to find out why my ticket that I paid hasn't been processed and the Lady that answered the phone for Collections was Very rude. She told me she couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait until Monday to find out if the information went through. I asked her why and she tells me that I'm not a priority and that I had to wait so that the people that are going in to Pay their tickets in person were helped first. My TICKET WAS ALREADY PAID. All I need is a confirmation to the DMV that I have paid it off and I'm able to renew my license. She told me I needed to stop calling back and just wait until Friday and the. Hung up on me. Real professional

I had a court date and they closed the Court. Now they won't even answer the phone

I felt that the location was filled with Angels. Watching over and blessing all who entered.

Very disappointed and frustrated on the limited amount they actually try to help or give actual helpful information. The employees that I've encountered are all trying to pass you along to someone else or are just uncompassionate or understanding of the mass of different situations. I've been trying to get the right paperwork to make sure my brothers who are molesters and my mother who knew and did nothin, away from my kids. But their father still allows contact. I can't stop it unless I get the actual help to leagaly enforce it. But still no help. I get told everytime there is nothing they can do. my kids are in harm of being molested but that's not an issue to help. It makes no sense!!!

The address listed here in Google is incorrect. They have the Family Court address on Cleveland. The Courthouse is at 600 Administration Drive. Your welcome

Long wait in line, but the ppl that work here were extremely helpful and friendly.

This court doesn't take facts into consideration when it comes to child abuse. There are clear facts and proof about the abuse that has and is continuing to happen to my fiance's children, yet they are forcing him to allow the abusive person back into their lives after 3 years of abuse and minimal contact. What is wrong with this picture? How are children disregarded in this family court so easily? Sonoma County do some research please. Educate yourself on child abuse. Stop forcing families that are protecting kids to send them to an abusive parent. Look into the actual facts.

I know it's in vogue to bash the courts. I won't speak on that. I appreciate the Judge and support staff in my family law case. It's not because I "Won". Both sides met in the middle with the help of the court. They really do what's in the children's best interest. Difficult job. Our Family is very grateful for your service.

RE: PROBATE COURT
I was conserved by a woman who submitted fraudulent information about me. She misrepresented to me that for $200 a month and 4 hours of work each month, she would get me organized. She said I would be notified of a hearing to have a judge signto approve her working to organize me for $50 an hour. This woman had hounded me to even agree to let her help me organize. There was no real over sight of what she charged or sold, including my home on a quick sale. I went to the court in an attempt to stop the sale, the investigator waved me away with a, "Good riddance." This home was a mobile home with low space rent and completely remodeled from the ground up with specifications of building a house. This woman cashed my mutual funds of over $200K, received an inheritance to me of $41K, sold my home on a quick sale for $50K, and refused to let my divorce attorney finish my divorce which had already been negotiated, then she represented me with my ex providing her information. A this she did without telling me, with threats to me and my son, yelling at me to, "Shut up," while I tried to stop her. Once conserved, by fraud or under regular conservatorship will cost the estate everything it has. I am now on the verge of homelessness and no one cares. The woman is still a fiduciary and no one will stop her. I provided all the proof to dispute her claims in her declaration.In a three period of being conserved, this woman received at least $60K in fees, plus costs of gas and misc. You give up 100% of your rights as a human being. Even though the probate laws say this woman broke most all those laws but no one will prosecute. Adult Protective Services, the DA, do not consider her breaking a law because she had the rights of treating me how she pleased. I consulted an attorney who said the divorce she filed was malpractice, the entire conservatorship was a fraud, but he could not do anything while I was conserved. Once the conservatorship was over, it is too late to do anything.i can no longer afford to live. No one cares.
