There are clear facts and proof about the abuse that has and is continuing to happen to my fiance's children, yet they are forcing him to allow the abusive person back into their lives after 3 years of abuse and minimal contact. What is wrong with this picture? How are children disregarded in this family court so easily? Sonoma County do some research please. Educate yourself on child abuse. Stop forcing families that are protecting kids to send them to an abusive parent. Look into the actual facts.
