I called today to find out why my ticket that I paid hasn't been processed and the Lady that answered the phone for Collections was Very rude. She told me she couldn't help me and that I'd have to wait until Monday to find out if the information went through. I asked her why and she tells me that I'm not a priority and that I had to wait so that the people that are going in to Pay their tickets in person were helped first. My TICKET WAS ALREADY PAID. All I need is a confirmation to the DMV that I have paid it off and I'm able to renew my license. She told me I needed to stop calling back and just wait until Friday and the. Hung up on me. Real professional
