Experience in the beginning was excellent, but i don t recommend anyone go through EOC for CNA certification until the instructor that s there right now is no longer there. She was able to email a bunch of lies and without investigation i was dismissed from the program and she fought for me not to take the exam... told them i didnt finish the course when I did just not clinicals. They lied to me and they didn t follow proper procedure when handling student complaints. The instructor for the CNA program is very unworthy of teaching...she doesn t like it and it shows...other students were too afraid to speak up because they didn t want to jeopardize their chance of receiving their certificate...i left messages on the head of the building phone and he has not returned my phone call not to mention he agree to the dismissial without knowing what happened or took place! Go there for anything BUT CNA as long as that lady is the instructor...

This school doesn t even deserve the one star I had to give them !!! An absolutely awful place. The most unprofessional, misinformed instructors I have ever crossed paths with. Because they play favorites they constantly contradict themselves in the way they handle situations. By far the most unprofessional person they have on staff is a lady named Tonya
