When we made the decision to move from Fort Collins to Lakewood in January, little did we know how much uncertainty we would face throughout the rest of 2020. As the world started to make big shifts and Colorado began to shut down, we were nervous about making the right decision. Ken Malo provided excellent service in helping us find our dream home in Hilltop. Having moved our family to Denver from Washington, DC, we needed time to figure out the right neighborhood, right street, dreamy old home with a large backyard all within our budget. Not an easy task. Ken spent months sending us listings and touring us through homes. He always made himself available and never once pressured us to commit to a home. If anything, he gave us honest, thoughtful feedback and steered us away from a few houses. We are most grateful for his honesty.
