I work in Engineering at Vishay Intertechnology and we sent some samples to Sunstone to do some micro welding for us. The samples turned out great and Bryce was a pleasure to work with. The samples and customer service was so good we have decided to buy the same type of welder that they used for our samples. Very committed to customer satisfaction !!!!!!
Purchased a Micro TIG Welder for use in surgical instrument development. Welder was shipped very quickly and was extremely easy to set-up.
User interface is intuitive and easy to adapt to different welding situations. Would definitely recommend this for welding millimeter-scale parts if precision is needed.
I called and asked a million questions Kyle and Adam where amazing! Spent over a hour on the phone answering every question.. sending me links and videos.... set up was fast .. love the way it shows you a video of how to do it and then offers to change the setting to just what u need for that task !
Sunstone Engineering was really pleasant to work with. We needed a machine quickly to finish a project. They were able to meet and work with us after hours, and they gave me all the time needed to get yus set up with the right welder and components.
The welder has performed great and we look forward to putting much use on it.
I took a brake part for my big truck into Sunstone and they we're able to duplicate it and get me back on the road within the hour. Totally amazing. Great bunch of guys and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them.
Bought a very expensive welding system from this place(thousands of dollars) to find out that the tablet that is used for this company is some cheap adware infested thing. I keep having advertisements (some of them which are obscene) show up on the thing. This is so unprofessional especially in something that I have invested so much money into.
Amazing customer service, great products and just plain great people! I would recommend them to anyone who is in the field.
