Ghafar Khan is a poor excuse of a Lawyer. Very vague and not aware of current regulations or up-to date with precedent. Could not provide a straight answer through numerous attempts at seeking advice. Ditched him at my plea hearing for a misdemeanor which he made me attend instead of confirming with the court first. A whole month since he took on case he never arranged to discuss it with me, instead called me on day of hearing saying when you turn up plead guilty not guilty whatever you want . I made the trip to find I was not supposed to attend and it was adjourned which would have been done earlier if he would put a request to the court. Highly incompetent and disrespectful to say the least. Do yourselves a favor and find someone who actually cares enough to listen to you or you will regret ever instructing him
