They have a DTB cash machine here, great! This area is called Morrocco near Kinondoni. It s not far from Mikocheni and Shoppers plaza. There is parking once you can get passed the security guy and barrier. Outside there is no parking and it can get very busy with traffic jams, which could make a really quick journey turn into half an hour or more. Sometimes it s just best to stop the taxi as close as possible and then walk the rest of the way. It s right next to the Airtel building.

Very nice place and building, popular and easy to reach. Service was good from customer care representative.

I have been a customer of three telecom companies in Tanzania and by far airtel has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'd call and wait for over 10 minutes to speak yo an operator and all they say is will work on your issue but do nothing, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF 4G as speeds are barely 3G.
