Rotated the tires for us. Have always taken it to this location for service. Several days later, one hubcap careened off, and we couldn't find it when we went back down the road to look. Sunshine quoted us $130 to replace it. Getting an entire new set from eBay and putting them on ourselves and at our own cost. Not even an apology from those tossers.

Update: the dealership called and said they would cover our cost on the replacement hubcap we had already purchased elsewhere. Thank you, Sunshine Toyota!

Sunshine Toyota is the place to go and Aaron Pennock is the person to see if you are looking to buy a new or used car. We were looking for a new car and a SUV to replace our current vehicles and stopped into Sunshine Toyota to begin our search. We were lucky enough to meet Aaron who is by far the most patient, kind and personable car salesman you could meet. What we loved about him the most was his availability, his dedication and his ability to truly advocate for his customers. Aaron worked hard to get us the best possible deal on our vehicles. We never felt rushed or pressured whatsoever and felt confident that we were being taken care of every step of the way. Dennis Walters was able to work hard to secure us the best possible interest rates for our loan and took the time to be sure that all of our questions were addressed prior to signing on the dotted line. Sunshine Toyota provided us with excellent quality vehicles at a great price. We were nothing but satisfied with our experience there and would recommend Sunshine Toyota, Aaron Pennock and Dennis Walters to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We worked with Jesus to find the car with the features we want. He found us several options and was very knowledgeable. Low pressure approach made the experience enjoyable. We found a low mileage used Corolla that s just what we wanted.

All the staff were professional and accommodating....

All the staff were professional and accommodating. We visited two dealerships that day. One was Stykeman Chevrolet in Paulding Ohio and they were awful. From the moment we stepped on the lot we felt unwelcome and the sales staff seemed to not want to sell us a car. We came in with cash ready to buy and the car we looked at there was inferior. Dirty inside. Missing interior parts. Exterior was lacking (all things we could have gotten over had they worked with us) They were unwilling to negotiate.
We walked away and found ourselves at Sunshine Toyota. From the moment we stepped on the lot there we were welcome. We drove an hour and a half with a ten month old to look at a car that was above our budget. While the team at Sunshine did not come down on price as much as we would have liked, their demeanor and attitude made all the difference. And in the end we did agree on a price and we felt comfortable spending the extra money we had on a much better car in much better condition. We spent the close to the same amount that the previous dealership was asking for an older car with more miles and in much poorer condition.

We worked with Bob (who they call Super) He was great and professional to my family and their needs. And he did this all for another salesman who was not there that day. So the work he put in was for no benefit to himself.

Needless to say I recommend this dealership to anyone. Car buying has changed over the years and even if you are over an hour away these guys are worth the drive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and were able to find the new 4Runner I wanted. They had good precautions in place due to the coronavirus which made me feel safe. This is the second vehicle I have bought from Sunshine Toyota and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Our experience was awesome. First time buying from Toyota, will definitely return. Working with Krista was wonderful. She is on top of everything. I sent an email ( on a Saturday) requesting to test drive a car, she was very responsive right away , set up an appointment for Monday. By Wednesday I was driving a my new Rav 4. Thank you again. Krista for all you help.

I scheduled an appointment to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, made a two hour round trip to get there. The vehicle was dirty inside and out! It made a horrible screeching noise during the test drive. Not sure if it was a bad wheel bearing or something to do with the breaks. Either way obviously not ready to be sold. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like they wasted my time. When we mentioned the noise they simply said owe we will just send it over to have it fixed it'll be ready by Monday, I came there with the intent to purchase a vehicle that was ready. I feel like they had no idea what condition that jeep was in and to me that's very unprofessional!!

The high score is due to the high level of service...

The high score is due to the high level of service that David Hexter continually provides. The Mechanic forgot to reset the maintenence reminder so David completed that. We had brought the vehicle in for service prior to a long trip. When we were far from home, our battery was dead. The mechanic had marked that he cleaned the battery terminals but it was clear that it had not occurred. This was very disappointing but we know that we will always receive the best care from David. It's that reason that we keep coming back.

completely ripped us off on our air conditioning and made us pay for refrigerant that you knew was going to leak out within a day or two. We would've never payed for that if we knew. And we only wanted our air conditioning LOOKED AT too by the way. I'm extremely unhappy with the service I received and the lack of communication. The least you could do is give me a refund for the 70$ in refrigerant we DIDNT ask for. I don't appreciate what you guys pulled I will never return to get my vehicle worked on there and will not reccomend it to anyone.

Worst Service. Never know whats wrong, charge for recall issues. Appointment for defined issues never fixed. Not my first visit, definitely my last. This service location is the reason my company will never buy another Toyota vehicle.

I am surprised that car dealership that a lack of communication and services. You will think that they will try their best to get you in and buy the car as fast as they can. But no. Extremely dissatisfied. Hope others customers won't have to be feel and go through the same. Better luck.

Nice employees and manager at service department. First free 5k miles Toyota Care service was completed plus an early oil change that l requested and paid for. They are covering a re-alignment under warranty too, so that is a nice offer. Noticed they only rotated the passenger side tires front to back, which isn't the recommended pattern for an all wheel drive car. Asked service tech about it and they said sometimes based on uneven wear they don't follow the recommended rotation pattern. I accepted their response assuming their actions were the best for overall even tire wear, but I've never had a tire rotation that only moves one side. They could improve on their attention to detail. Car hood had oily handprints where the services tech lifted and closed it. A common oversight that I don't understand why the techs cannot take 2s to check it and wipe it off. To their defense, I experienced the same issues at another dealership with my old white Camry. Overall good experience.

Everyone is always pleasant. Waiting area is comfortable. My only concern was although everyone was wearing a mask, most had it pulled down below the nose.There was also little social distancing going on within the showroom area and waiting area. The initial reception area was fine.

WOW! We bought a 2009 Toyota Tundra from here and ...

WOW! We bought a 2009 Toyota Tundra from here and I can honestly say that it has been the best truck ever! It is going on 200K miles now and I have had no serious issues with it to this day. The service technitians here have been incredible and I would definitely recommend a Toyota to anyone who wants a reliable vehicle. I am in the process of preparing for a long road trip out to Seattle so I wanted to make sure everything was in tip top shape before I hit the road.

I had ordered some foglights as well and wanted to replace the inner fender liners in order to protect the foglights from dirt/water. I was only able to order one liner online so I had that in the car ready for them to install. We noted that we wanted the inner liners to be added to the car and also to install the foglights with a STOCK switch and relay. Two days later they completed the service and installed the inner fender that I had ordered.

Then I guess they forgot to order the driver side fender so they had to overnight that part, leaving my car in the shop one extra day which is really no big deal. Then the next day they called and said they would have to hold the car for another 24 hrs because they forgot to order the tabs for the fender. This seems like common sense when ordering a part that they would order the clips to attatch it. But again not really a big deal.

Then today I went to pick up the truck and Dave Hoexter reviewed the services rendered. Everything looked good until I asked about the foglights. He informed me that they "were unable to install them because he didn't have the extra aftermarket parts necessary". But the base model Tundra I have has the stock foglights already prewired and I told him in the first place that I didnt want to use the aftermarket parts and that I wanted a stock switch and relay put in. Dave seemed to overlook the issue and for the entire FIVE DAYS they had my truck they had not thought to notify me of the issue or misunderstanding. At this point I have lost all patience. When I called to ask further about the issue with the foglights on my way home he informed me that we did not notify him clearly as to what we wanted done so that was why they were not completed. In a way turning the blame onto me.

This experience says a lot about the quality of service you can expect at Sunshine Toyota and how much they actually respect their customers. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who actually cares about their car and wants the work completed in a timely fashion.

THIS dealership is ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR!!! So are the PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ~ Dave Hoexter in the Service Dept.(he AMAZING/EXCELLENT) are the only ones that do Service on my Lexus. So when I was ready to upgrade, I started looking around....So MANY OTHER DON'T BEGIN to COMPARE!!.
I'M NOT GOING TO GO INTO LOTS OF DETAILS.... (NOT LISTENING! PUSHY!) ~ NOW FOR SUNSHINE TOYOTA AGAIN: Lisa McCulley was AMAZING also, she put me with Sales Consultant Justin Strunk that helped me with vehicles that fit my needs. When I definitely desided on one I wanted, Lexus RX 350. He worked with me on the price, he also had a colleague Krista Shields help out, when our schedules didn't. ~NOW~ I CALL THAT EXCELLENT NOPE SUPERIOR SERVICE!!! Thanks SOooooo very very MUCH!!!
I know that there are a few more people that I lefted out, for that I do apologize for.... You definitely deserve to have the highest rating possible TOO!!! be VERY PROUD!!!
Of course I will have MY NEW LEXUS RX350, Service, done there... DAVE, see you when my oil change is due!!

I bought my most recent vehicle a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan at Sunshine. They're process was pretty smooth and efficient. I worked with Justin up until closing and I appreciated not being bounced between sales agents. I test drove the vehicle and bought it within a day. They worked with my bank and loan officer, even though I was not directly available due to schedule restraints. I will say the wait was a bit long when closing, but that's to be expected when they're closing multiple sales in a day. I would recommend a purchase from them and intend to see them when it's time for a new car again.

We took my son's older Toyota in for service. They diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us some options on ways to fix the problem. No hard sell or pushing us to fix it with on the spot with them. Very pleased with the service we received and we will be back.

By far the best buying experience I've ever had in purchasing a 2020 Highlander. Justin, my sales representative, was phenomenal and very helpful throughout the entire process. Sunshine truly cares about their customers and will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Will definitely do business with them again.

I purchased a car that had obviously been in an ac...

I purchased a car that had obviously been in an accident and the dealer denied it and said they did not notice that before. Since the damage was minor bumper creases, I assumed all the damage was minor. I had the car checked out by a third party that recommended brake work, which the dealer chalked up to "they don't understand brakes for this make and model". I had to replace those brakes within a couple of months and I am finding much more, including a very costly recent repair that my trusted mechanic is saying was hidden damage from the accident they denied. Most of these things were something Sunshine Toyota would have been aware of from the nature of the accident.

I should have suspected even worse when they would not replace the mat hook ($0.01 for 100), visor clip ($8) and they lied about the cigarette damage on the seat. I only purchased the vehicle when they lowered the price substantially when I called them on the accident.

In the 11 months I have owned the vehicle, I have had to spend almost $3000 on repairs.

Do not deal with Sunshine Toyota.

Worked with Jim F to purchase a Highlander Hybrid. He was knowledgeable, easy going, quick to follow through and a pleasure to work with. There was no waiting while "I have to check with my sales manager" or anything similar. I pretty much knew what I wanted going in and depending on the trade in assumed I would buy. The trade-in was within my range and Sunshine's starting price was aggressively competitive.
