As usual over the many years and over 6 vehicles, Randy is always number one in every category. Randy always has time to talk, even while waiting for my car in service.

Just bought a gorgeous Certified Pre-Owned 4RUNNER from Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek, MI! This makes our fourth Toyota from this dealership... and we love the Sunshine Toyota Team! Toyota quality gets us in the door, then Randy in sales treats us like friends, (no pressure or games,) to find exactly what we want.
Dave and Courtney and the whole service team keep us coming back! Fantastic service after the sale!
This is a great place with friendly service as excellent as the engineering in the vehicles! We ll be back!

This guy and delaership saved my weekend.

They took my car in at 1PM on a saturday and had it fixed in two hours.
This was after I spent 4 hours saturday morning trying to find an open service shop in Hillsdale without any success.

If I lived within 50 miles of thie dealer I would never go to another.

I'd have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! My sales consultant - *Bill, was so helpful and comfortable to work with. He paid close attention to what I was looking for in a car and worked hard to help me find it, as well as, finance it. He answered all of my questions and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he'd search to find it and come back with the answer later. I also appreciated that he took the time to check up on me after purchasing to make sure all was still going well with the car and reminded me that I would get a reminder when it was time for an oil change. I definitely could use the reminder. He even set up a time for me to talk with their service techie, Adrien, who was very patient with my learning how to use all the new apps and gadgets in the car, and by the way, their service waiting "lounge" makes waiting enjoyable with their comfy seating, big screen TV, reading material, fireplace, and snacks. All in all, they seemed to have a great staff, and I'm really happy that I purchased my car from Sunshine!

Purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma - everyone was friendly and very helpful. While I waited for the truck, I was offered free food, drinks and they even drove me to return my rental car. Have to admit I've always dreaded the car buying process, this was a very good experience and I would highly recommend them - my sales consultant was Brian Grasseschi - good guy ask him for a test drive.

We had a great experience at Sunshine Toyota. Dannie Sheldon went above and beyond helping us get the right van for us. We bought a pre-owned we had seen listed online and it was expertly cleaned before we took possession. Have had other family who have used this dealership - now we know why. We had two small kids with us, a hot day, wiggly kids....and had several people offer us water, smiles and friendliness - so necessary with little kids. Would definitely consider using again and no reservations about recommending the overall dealership and the salesman, Dannie, we worked with. Very satisfied.

I have been a Sunshine Toyota customer for many years, and I continue to be extremely satisfied. I was approaching the mileage limit on my vehicle, despite being about 7 months from my lease-end. I needed a larger car, so I thought I would explore what, if any, options existed. I visited another local dealership and was informed that they could help me purchase a larger vehicle, but I would need to pay out the remaining 7 months of my lease as part of the transaction. When I visited Sunshine, not only was I told that I would not have to pay the remaining amount on my lease, but they actually gave me a slight credit because I was under my lease mileage. Randy helped me pick out a bigger car THAT DAY. I really appreciate that Sunshine takes customer service seriously and am happy to continue to work with them (I only have my vehicles serviced by Sunshine, too). Thank you!

Buying an automobile can be time consuming and stressful process but not at Sunshine Toyota. I highly recommend visiting the dealership and talking with their experienced staff. The employees have a wealth of knowledge and many have been working at Sunshine for a decade plus. Well taken care of employees equate to well taken care of customers. Thank you Sunshine Toyota!

Brian Grasseschi in the sales department is top notch. As a young female I have experienced the condescending tone of car salesmen before but not with Brian. He listened to me and even showed me the maintenance records and Carfax without me having to ask. It was the best car experience I have had and I will not hesitate to recommend Brian and Sunshine to anyone looking to buy a new car.

The product was good but the service was slower than expected and as a result it ended up costing me $115 more than what was originally quoted. The work I had done was for them to make a new master key for my 09 Toyota Tacoma. It reminds me why I avoid going to a dealership for service.

I bought a car from Justin Etheridge in March. The sales experience was fine. I discovered in May, though, that they hadn't charged my car's AC before delivery. I had to pay just under $140 to have it done at a shop on the east side of the state, so I asked Justin if I could have it reimbursed, and he said sure. At that point I would have been happy to let it go, but for some reason it took them until the end of August to get the check to me. I texted Justin multiple times throughout the summer to ask for an update, and he didn't acknowledge the inconvenience at literally any point. I guess I should take this to mean that's just how they do business at Sunshine? If he'd given me even one "sorry about that" I wouldn't be writing this right now. Pretty interesting for someone in sales to not give a single damn about the kind of service they're providing. I won't be back, and I clearly can't recommend this place to anyone else.

I bought my car last week and I Love it. The salesman, Ron McFadden, was a great person to work with. He was very efficient, and was able to provide me with the information I needed to make an easy transition getting my car. He contacted me directly and was very aware of everything I needed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who looking to purchase a vehicle.

I just returned a rental car for someone who recently had knee surgery. But customer service was very nice, helpful and quick. Because that, I would do business with them myself and recommend their services to others.

The salesman, Dannie was the consummate professional. We enjoyed working with him very much.

Initially, we were unable to come to an agreement. Having given them the opportunity to give us their best out the door price, they basically said that the price on the car was the best they could do as it just arrived on the lot.

Later, I received a call from the General sales manager who asked what they could do to earn my business and we agreed to a price.

First on the actual sales price of the vehicle and then an out the door figure. Apparently, the out the door figure was higher than it should have been because when I went in to purchase the vehicle, the out the door price was the agreed upon number but the sales price was a $100 more than the agreed upon purchase price.

I didn't realize this was the case until after I was reviewing the paperwork in detail. It seems my original assessment of the management team wasn't far off. The management team at Sunshine lacks character and integrity.

I won't be referring business their way.

I continue to be impressed with the service at Sunshine Toyota. I always feel comfortable at the dealership. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is my third Prius, all purchased and serviced at Sunshine. I highly recommend this dealership.

The waiting area was nice, I suppose. I went there for a service recall while traveling. The service writer seemed impolite, as though he didn t care simply because I wasn t a paying customer. It s not like they were so busy that standard human kindness would be too much of an imposition. I wouldn t recommend because of that.

Was strand after dark with a snow storm coming. The serpentine belt was broke and car was getting hot! Called Sunshine Toyota and my service man sent a wrecker and a currier. Then they gave me a car to use to get home! What a blessing! By 1:00 the next day the belt was on and a new water pump.

Mackie was the gentleman's name that worked at the counter to help me. He took all my information down for my Oil change...and when I got my vehicle back it was all clean and ready for me to go. Thank you very much Mackie. Toyota is Wonderful and I'm sure he is as Proud to work there as I am to bring my vehicle to be Serviced as recommend.

I used to be true to Spartan Toyota, but I've felt as if their service has deteriorated to the point that I wanted to try elsewhere. Sunshine found the issue with my BSM right away, when Spartan said there was nothing they could find wrong. Sunshine also squeezed me in, when my check engine light was on, so I didn't have to leave it three days. I do miss being able to just drive in and drop off.

Tyler, Justin, and the whole team have been great in helping me find a car and today I finally found the one! Tyler made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was all set with everything and knew all the steps before leaving. He even worked with me on a day to pick up my new vehicle to work around my schedule. Everyone at Sunshine Toyota was fabulous and have been since day one! Thank you!!

Purchasing my used RAV4 at Sunshine Toyota was the smoothest and easiest transaction that I have ever experienced at a car dealership. It is evident that Laurie is a top-notch sales-person and that she really cares about the customer! I would not only recommend Sunshine Toyota, I would also recommend Laurie as the sales-person to go to (although I could tell my experience there that all of the sales people are top-notch). Trey in the business office was great to work with as well. Overall, EXCELLENT experience!

This is my second new car purchase at Sunshine, and my second time working with Aimee Alger. I guess that the fact I came back says it all. Aimee is very friendly, knowledgable and careful. She is also forthright, and honest - qualities that made me want to work with her again, and which will bring me back the next time I need a car. All the people who work at the dealership are personable and professional. The service staff is great, and getting your car serviced here is a pleasure. I have the highest recommendation for the dealership and its staff.

Service writer Dave Hoexter always greets us with a smile. Although very busy, he takes a moment to ask how things are going with the vehicles and the family. I recently purchased my third car from Sunshine Toyota. What keeps me coming back is I never feel pressured to buy from my sales rep Randy Dibiaggio, I feel understood. Randy listens to my needs, wants, budget, concerns etc. He doesn't try to product dump on me, he truly finds me exactly what I want. Aimee Alger and Randy walked me through the financing, making that easy. Everyone at Sunshine are a pleasure to work with. I don't see him listed but Dave in service is always so pleasant. I swear he is always working, he always checks me in and out for maintenance!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. I didn t have any issues with the first purchase and I don t expect any with this one.

This is the third car I have purchased from Sunshine Toyota. I live in the Lansing area and will commute to Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek. Here I have found true honest working individuals who care about their customers. Chad Rose, my sales representative, takes the cake when it comes to car sales. He knows his product line and is willing to work with you to make the options work. He has gone out of his way to be of assistance and even while waiting in the Customer Service center for oil changes he always comes over and shakes my hand and welcomes me. He has called me several times and has written me e-mails just checking on my car and if I need anything special.

The dealership itself is very clean. I enjoy using the high speed internet and the service center is world class. They have comfortable seating (waiting area) and I enjoy the drive to get my oil changed and other repairs. The hours of operation for the service center meet all of my expectations.

The parts department seems well stocked. On one occasion I ordered a new updated DVD for my navigation system. It was in within a couple day period of time. They gave me great instructions on how to install it into my system.

Lastly, the Finance Department is full of trained professionals. This time I worked with Trey. He had all of the paperwork waiting for me when I came and picked up my new 2012 Camry XLE. Basically, I went in there, he knew what I wanted and I basically signed the documents and next thing I knew, I was out driving my new car back to Lansing.

Definitely an amazing deal on the used car we purchased! One complaint is how long it took to actually take ownership of the car (approximately a week and a half). Another complaint is communication. We had to initiate responses so we could keep up with where we stood in the purchase.

Always do a great job. Good communication and snacks while you wait.

After a poor experience 2 years ago, and walking away from a sale, I was hesitant to return.

I'm glad I gave Sunshine another chance. I made contact with the dealership when we were on our way and the vehicle we wanted to test drive as well as a salesman were at the door waiting to greet us. While final paperwork was being prepared someone showed us all of the features in the vehicle and setup our phones with the bluetooth. We were in an out a lot faster than I expected.

Chip and Dennis were awesome! There was no pressure, whatsoever, on the sale, and the service and financing were superb.

We bought a Corolla from Chip, and he was great the entire time. Very knowledgeable, honest with us, and friendly. Seven days after our purchase when the muffler fell off, they brought it back in and repaired it for free. Great place to buy a Toyota!

Went to buy a pre-owned 2016 Avalon Hybrid. Their finance department tried to hike the rate up over a whole percent based on what I normally qualify for with excellent credit. After letting them shop rates they claimed they had the best rate possible. I made 1 call and beat their rate by 1.25 percent. Then they told me the car was ready to see when it wasn t. And next they sent me an agreement paperwork with an extra $2-3,000 in warranty and service contracts that I didn t want. The final straw was the wouldn t negotiate (at all) on the unit I was interested in. So I drove to Crown Toyota in Holland and they made it totally hassle free on almost the exact same car.

I have had nothing short of complete satisfaction with Sunshine Toyota from the sales staff to the quality of the vehicle

The folks here are very friendly and hospitable. The service department is awesome and they reasonable in prices. I admire the honesty here. If you don't need a repair, they don't invent one. I would Definately recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Prius on Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately I ended up with a big problem during the sale. I called the following week to talk to a manager because I was not getting anywhere with the person that sold me the car. Brad called me back ASAP and listened to what had transpired during the sale and wanted to do whatever he could to resolve the problem. Brad not only solved my problem promptly and seamlessly, but he changed my whole outlook on the experience. I also had many interactions with other Sunshine Toyota employees and they all seem committed to providing customers with the best experience possible. Not to mention their customer lounge is awesome! Lifetime customer!

I LOVE my new car!!!!

Saw a great price on a used car online that looked too good to be true... it was. Two stars because they let me take it to my mechanic. No higher rating because they either knew about the blown head gasket and just left it out of the discussion, or their mechanics that inspected it were extremely inept. Either way, the sales person acted dumbfounded when I brought it back. Not a great impression. A car is too big a purchase. I'll go somewhere I trust a little better before going back to Sunshine.

Great team all around, sales to service - purchased 2 vehicles (used), regularly maintained both through the service department (oil changes), both vehicles are now 13 and 14 years old respectively and still looking and running great.

The AC was given us problems and no cold air but they made good on their commitment and put a new condenser and blowing super cold now. This is why we will be back for our future purchases. This was officially the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. I am 6.5 hours and a state away from Sunshine. They assured us they would have everything ready to when we arrived so we could get back on the road a.s.a.p. Not only did they NOT have anything ready, they even re-negoatiated the already "agreed" price. They have still not sent me the missing parts from the car they promised. They really play a numbers game, so you have no idea what is going on.
Our bank president and the Illinois DMV, can not figure out what they did with the numbers on the paper work. The title work and the loan papers where different. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUNSHINE TOYOTA AGAIN!
