Sticky Fingers Ribhouse Review

Delicious food, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Used to love Sticky Fingers. As of recent the food has gone downhill. At this location the roasted chicken dinner was terrible. Chicken was difficult to eat and didn't provide a lot of meat. However, the service is always good. Our waitress was terrific.

Very good BBQ, especially for lunch. Had the brisket sandwich, was awesome.

Kinda over priced for what you get, but its mertle beach so that's to be expected I guess. Food was ok, but not amazing. Service was very so dispite not being busy. I definitely wouldn't go during busy hours, or tourists season.

Order was wrong. Brought back out with sauce just dumped on it I stead of cooked on.

This is hands down the best place we have eaten at while here on vacation. Probably anytime. The food was top notch. I have never had loaded nachos that stayed that cruncy till the end. The staff was absolutely amazing sevral members of the wait staff checked on us,not just our waitress. And each one genuinely friendly. What teamwork! My Nachos didn't get to the table when the rest of my families food did,why? Because the manager saw that it didn't meet their high standard it was being remade. That's unheard of anymore.And it still came out quicker than any other resteraunt gets food out. I have been in plenty of resteraunts where it would have made it to the table poorly made. My daughters were amazed as well. Truely the highlight of our vacation was eating here. I just can't brag on this establishment enough.

I ordered ribs and chicken (white meat). The ribs were ok but the chicken was too dry to eat so I asked that it be replaced with dark meat which was just as dry. When the bill came I noticed that I was charged a dollar extra for ordering white meat. My wife did not like any of the food that she ordered and the portions were very small for what they cost. If you want really good BBQ try Mission BBQ. Sticky Fingers Rib house in my opinion is a tourist trap and a Joke.

We came late in the evening with a party of 19 and they smiled were polite and quick. Couldn t have asked for better service from Gary. Such a pleasant surprise from the other sticky fingers further up the beach

I went to eat here and it was the best ribs ever. I really recommend this place if you love ribs. I wish I can go again but I don t live in SC. Every time I go to a restaurant I say that I would never find something like this restaurant.

Nasty, pulled chicken sandwich was pressure cooker meat in chunks. Pulled bbq didn't even cover the bun. Do not recommend.

Good chicken wings, very fast service, reasonable price. Meals for children a bit small

Horrible service- never got my drink- food was subpar- go someplace else. Wow- never again.

We had lunch today and the lunch portion was perfect, the onion loaf to die for. The bread pudding for dessert was like mom use to make minus the raisins. Loved the atmosphere and the waiter went above and beyond. The manager came to our table as well and explained the royalty program.
This was a to die for place we loved everthing.

The ribs (I ordered dry rub) were superb. My wife ordered a vegetable plate (including fried corn on the cob) and liked it so much she ate more food than she usually does for dinner. Don't fail to ask for complimentary corn muffins -- you only get them if you ask.

Server started off unsmiling and somewhat abrupt in manner, but by the second time to our table she had resolved whatever was bothering her and made the dinner a very pleasant experience.

Not at all a pleasant experience. Our wait for an appetizer was at least an hour and it was cold. Food was cold. Don't go, wait at a restaurant that has a crowd

Great ribs, Ok service, don't sit outside, tables and chairs are dirty.

We ate at Sticky Fingers for the first time. I have had their wonderful sauces back home and was very impressed with the food at their restaurant. And our server was the best...Heather C!!!! So if your looking great bbq please stop in and ask for Heather, she will take good care of you.

Ribs were so overcooked that I ended up breaking a tooth trying to eat them. Sides are very good. Desserts are decent. Would not recommend.

The food was very subpar, and service was below subpar. They never gave us straws. They never seemed to want to do they're job, and even when they did. They never did a good job at it. Go somewhere else where you won't waste your time and money.

Food was OK. Pork was way over cooked. The sauce is great, and that's what the restaurant is built around. The service was good but a little to fast It was like being pushed out the door. Not worth the cost. This is not authentic southern BBQ.

Dry, crunchy ribs and sides that taste like microwavable cafeteria food. The wings looked delicious and the cornbread was great.

Best ribs ever, it was quiet the night we went but the food was great and the staff who we met were brilliant.

We've been eating here for many years and it seems the portion sizes have gotten smaller, but not the prices. Service was a little slow and seemed a bit understaffed. The food was really good, just not as much of it.

Started bad - got worse.

This is the worst bbq that I have ever had. My family and I (5 people ....2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers) went in for dinner on the 4th of july.
1st - no kids menus
2nd - appetizers were absolutely terrible. Pickles
fried until they were dried up pickle jerky.
Wings were way under fried and barely
smoked.
3rd - no small plates to eat off of.
4th - wife received wrong drink and it took 20
minutes to get the right one.
5th - waitress didnt exist
6th - had to ask other servers for various things
for the table.
7th - food showed up wrong
8th - correct parts of the order NEVER CAME
9th - other tables around with different servers
had multiple issues.
This is sad folks. Vacation location restaurant. We have come here every year for 10 years. Granted, we are not regular customers, as we do not live here. This particular location has gotten worse every year for the past 4 or so years. I'm a backyard BBQ person and I promise anyone that reads this I can provide a better product. Our check was $150 (significant for mostly children) and we should have taken our business elsewhere for some upscale seafood. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Again - this has been on going for around 4 to 5 years......we are a patient family and understand that everyone has a bad day.....but not for years. I never write reviews.....this was just so bad.

Very disappointed. Menu items we used to get are gone, no baked potatoes!!!!! Food was lacking, especially for price. Won't make return trip. Says new ownership on menu.

Great bbq, I liked the spicy sweet sauce,. Coleslaw was awesome, also liked the pulled pork.

Food was not good. Ribs were very fatty and had the skin on the back. I ordered fries and mac and cheese. I didn't get my fries and there were green beans in my mac and cheese. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Ate dinner here while on vacation this past saturday our waitress was AMAZING and talked to us about places to check out. Very Friendly. Food was great as well. Service was amazing too..I'd definitely recommend eating here!

Wow what can I say about this place. Sticky Fingers 4300 Hwy 17 North Myrtle Beach. My wife and I was there on a mini vacation in one of our favorite close by location. We know most of the restaurants there. We was drive and saw the restaurant for the first time decided to go there for late lunch early dinner. When we walk big the door on the shelf behind the welcome desk was my wife favorite bbq sauce. We didn t know that has a restaurant as well. Man the food was great, the service was great, then we met the owner/operator who just too the day off giving my wife some bbq sauce recipe tips. If you are looking for a great place to eat Sticky Fingers in North Myrtle Beach is the place. Thank You Sticky Fingers Mike & Lisa C

Great food, good atmosphere, but best of all is the AMAZING SERVICE! I was absolutely astounded by the work ethic, knowledge, all around know how, and above and beyond service given by , Jennifer , the bartender. Wow. Absolutely blown away with her over the top service,wonderful personality, genuine care for the guest and company, and such a warm and welcoming smile. Never in my life have I experienced such a great server in all my years of traveling and eating out. This girl could go miles and miles with her well above average service. Sticky Fingers, you've found a gem of a person who is golden and I hope she is appreciated as much as I appreciated her excellent service, recommendations, knowledge, energy, and she made thee best Memphis Margarita I've ever had, hands down. This woman should be spinning bottles in a five start restaurant, and yall should be extremely grateful to have such a talented young woman employees with your company. I will be back for sure and I already know what I'll be getting, thanks to Jennifer. Absolutely stunned at her level of service. 10 stars. Very blessed to have experienced Sticky Fingers when I did. I don't know if we just had bad luck tonight but the food took an hour to come out even though it wasn't that crowded and the appetizer didn't come before (or even while) our food was served. The food was all cold and the ribs weren't as good as we had expected. The manager was apologetic and didn't make us pay for the food but we'll probably never return.

Ribs and pulled pork are really good and tender. Corn bread is a little dry and over cooked. Service is decent.

I'm not a a pork eater so I had the wings and onion rings and cole slaw. The food was great. Robert our waiter was excellent. I recommend Sticky Figers too all my friends and family. Boruch HaShem!

Some of the best smoked wings I have ever had from a chain restaurant.

Haven't eaten here in about 5 years, so I decided to go back and eat there since I have had a great experience. First our waitress brought me wrong type of beverage when she asked for our beverage order. No big deal so I dealt with it. When I asked her that I had ordered a large size beverage (beer to be exact) she replied that they only serve that type of beverage in pint glasses. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Later on the manager came by and asked " how was everything" apparently she did not know that we had not eaten yet. After a short conversation and explaining my concern, she had left not really making the experience satisfying. After our meal my two other colleagues were not satisfied with their dinners as well.

Overall my plate was ok (ordered ribs) but the customer service experience was not as good as I recall it. I don't know what has happened with is restaurant but someone needs to make some changes ASAP. The weird thing about it for being a Sunday evening it was not that busy, I saw about 10-15 people which included children. I am REALLY disappointed with sticky fingers, maybe I should reconsider recommending this place to others. What ever happened to making the customers meal a good experience.

Smells good in here!. We had Ribs, Chicken, Pulled pork, and these Ridunkulous Loaded Fries...Prices are high - for me anyway, pretty good portions, and a nice variety of flavor profiles to choose from.

Negative(s): food was a tad slow for being a slow time. The chicken was a little over done. Perhaps left on the smoker too long or maybe on a warmer too long.

Over all, food was good, manager was nice, waitress was nice, & I would certainly go back and for what it's worth I'd recommend them if you are wanting some BBQ!

Service blows. No one to sit us. No wonder no one in parking lot. Stay away unless u have 4 hours to eat.

The food overall was great, the service as well, the buffet on the other hand was lacking. It was all good but not much of a selection. Will I go back? Yes I will and will order off the menu next time .

The food was awesome and the service was top notch. Cynthia was my waitress and she was so polite and helpful with everything especially my kids. We will definitely eat here next time we visit.

Fast and friendly service , hot food, and good BBQ, lots of sauce choices and large drink selections. Also, sweet potato casserole tasted a little nutty

Meal was great but the ribs were very dry and overcooked. The second batch was perfect and comp'd. All our other food wad very good. Service was a bit off. Manager was helpful and made things right. Just wish our order was 100% correct the first time. We will try this place again.
