We rented from Sunrise, and honestly I wish we had done so years ago! Maintenance works quickly and communicates well. Properties are well maintained. Mindy and Kathy are so sweet and professional. Definitely recommend them!!

I'll write a review, after all we've been using them for years now! For around 5 years we've had Kathy handle a majority of our rental work for two houses. She's always been friendly, prompt, professional, and we've ended up with great tenants who've also enjoyed the experience.
I've tried a couple other companies in the past with poor results (and lost time and money for it). Sunrise is the way to go for whatever your need is.
I meet Kathy in 2018 I was looking to lease my mom's house for her since she was going to live with my for medical reasons. I quickly felt at ease with Kathy helping me through the process. Within the next 8 months we purchased two additional rental homes and Kathy has been a pleasure to work with on each rental property. Her and her team are always willing to help and go the extra mile to do what they can to ensure a not only good experience but a great experience! They are a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend Sunrise Leasing to anyone!

Sunrise has managed my rent house for about 30 years. Yes it costs me a little for service but it is worth it. They manage repairs, background checks, etc. At the end of the year, I have the information I need for tax reports.
Owner is judgemental and doesnt have proper upkeep of properties. Mold and property damages tend to grow and back up without proper attention. Beware.
Kathy Scott and her team are professional and family at the same time. Terrible management of property the repairs are Mickey Mouse Job patch up work. Also you will get some of the worst renters who will destroy your property. Its not worth the headache dealing with Sunrise Leasing.
