I meet Kathy in 2018 I was looking to lease my mom's house for her since she was going to live with my for medical reasons. I quickly felt at ease with Kathy helping me through the process. Within the next 8 months we purchased two additional rental homes and Kathy has been a pleasure to work with on each rental property.
