I was charged $285 for a consultation fee. I was never asked to submit documents prior to my consultation. As a result, I had no legal case within ten minutes of my consultation. I wanted to know if I had a case for a Lemon Law Suit for my 2017 Audi. The lawyer that did attend me told me, I have no case because Lemon Laws cover new cars for the first two years and then ninety days for preowned cars. I called McLaughin and Nardi s office to state my case to see if I can get at least a partial refund and I was told no . If I had to do it all over again, I would of went to my local bar association and consulted three other attorneys for a $100.
I used this firm for attorney review. They delayed in responding to the attorney review letter and as a result the seller backed off and I lost my dream property. When I asked for the deposit back, they never returned. WORST SERVICE and very unprofessional.
