Provide very poor service, does not provide who creditor is, request personal information before identifying themselves. The caller can not sent you an email, doesn't have details about the charge, very very very poor service.

this is a scam! don't pay your collection bill through them... call the company you owe money to directly and they will tell you they don't use this company. They will take your card info and use it. Be careful!

STOP SCAM CALLING EVERYONE! These people call so many times every single day it s annoying. People has things to do unlike you scammers! When I picked up the phone they couldn t even say my name! How you call someone without knowing a name? STOP SCAMMING!

I called this company because I did have a bill that was placed in collections. Before I got to the department that handled my account, I dialed the 1-800# on the website and the initial person that answered the phone was rude and kept cutting me off. That was when I started reading the reviews. Once I got to the part that handled my account, I got a different type of treatment. They did allow me to make payment arrangements and Ms Butler was extremely professional and courteous. Now I am not sure why the company is not promoting customer service but I appreciate the young lady for treating me like she would want to be treating and to that other person, I can understand why this company have a bad reputation.

Erc bought my bill from sunrise and the still say i owe the bill and i paid Erc off .same bill.but it remains on my credit report.if i cant get them to fix this i am going to the federal government.

I wish I could give 0 stars, this company is pathetic. I spoke with two different representatives in attempt to resolve an issue and both instances I was met with rude yelling. I'm not sure what entitles a person to yell and insult a stranger over the phone but this company wears that badge. One man I spoke with was incredibly derogatory and insisting I was lying the entire conversation.

5 phone calls for collection. Each time I've demanded a final bill. They've refused to provide one. We're done. The phone harassment stops NOW! All communication in writing.

I'm giving this company no stars they keep harassing me and sending me things in the mail, and when i tried to explain to the woman that i can't pay it right now because i can't even afford rent i got an attitude, if i get another phone call or another thing in the mail i will be contacting the police... you can't bleed a stone people you need to understand that people are struggling with money and their rent and bills to survive are always going to come first!!!!

I received a couple of calls from this company. Last week I spoke to an agent, told her that I did not owe $212 to any cable company and I will need for them to send a validation letter pertaining to this so-called debt to the address they had on record. Last night 11/10/20 I see that they called me again. I called them today. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that something got miscommunicated and explain to the agent that last week I already asked for a validation letter to be sent to the address on record. The agent I was speaking to then proceeds to raise his voice over talking me, when I'm telling him to send the validation letter to the address he has on record. So I tell him to let me speak to his manager. I'm put on hold for a couple of minutes, when the agents comes back on the line claiming that the manager can't talk to me and he'll call me back. Which I tell him from this point moving forward that that all communication must be through mail. During our conversation this agent is very unprofessional & in a undermining way tells me how this is going go on my credit, that I need to pay my debt, this is my debt and I owe it. The agent tells me that I'm not communicating with him correctly. How hard it is to send a debt validation letter. Yeah whoever's reading this from the company send the letter, all information provening that I actually owe that company that amount and that you're actually licensed in the place where you're conducting business out of and if your license in my state of Florida to collect. For anyone else reading this review ask them for debt validation letter & and all information that proves what company and how much you owe be sent to the address on record and if they're actually license to practice out of the state their in and the state that you reside in.

These people are liar's when you attempt to settle a debt. Make sure you get something in writing before you pay anything!! There motto is in order to get something you must give something. This is NOT true, they will not uphold their end of the agreement.

I am getting calls from a michigan number with this company's name on the caller ID. I don't live in Michigan anymore. They tried to collect a debt for an overdraft on a bank account I closed 6 months before the supposed overdraft happened. I was told they would mail me something about the bill since I told them I would investigate it further. I never recieved a letter with any information. I do however keep receiving phone calls from a michigan number claiming to be this company

I had the same problems. A lady yelled at me because I asked her to send me a statement in the mail or email me. She stated that she could not until I started paying on my billed. I was also told that a billed was mailed to my address(1/26/17) two weeks ago but, I still have not received a letter. So I asked her would you pay a bill you could not see? she said no. So I stated why should I. She keeping yelling or just trying or over talk me. These people are very unprofessional, and if ATT has chosen this suppose to be company, it awful!

Calling at 6 and 7 AM. This is ridiculous.

The school I went to accidentally sent info to Sunrise that I owe $2,000. I authorized one payment and then decided to call my school because I was convinced it was a mistake. Turns out it was and I actually don't owe them anything. Sunrise has refused to give me my money back even though my school has said it was a mistake and I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Now they won't stop harassing me and each time they call they get more and more pushy/rude. What a joke.

Update: They FINALLY did their job and called my school, realized their mistake, and stopped calling me.

Not a scam. However, customer service is beyond horrible. Out of 2 reps and 3 managers, only one person was respectful. Made a payment in full. After a few minutes of waiting for processing i was told i would have to wait and recieve a call back for a confirmation number. Asked to speak to manager, was given attitude but eventually was transferred. Spoke with first manager, explained situation, was given attitude again and told i would have to wait for a call back for confirmation number. Asked to speak with someone higher up, attitude persisted, but was eventually transferred to someone of same rank. Even worse attitude, no progress and was eventually hung up on. Called back and finally got a manager that was polite, understanding and helpful. If you owe a debt to a company that uses this place as a collector, i highly suggest paying through the actual company you owe, not sunrise credit services.

Something doesn't seem right.

I owe a payment that I totally forgot about (Publishing Clearing House). The mail came with my first initial and last name which is weird considering I am suppose to pay a bill with you all. Not one mail I could recall have my name printed out like that.

Tried to go online. They are asking for me to accept the certificate from the site. Then my computer is asking me to enter my keychain password to accept. WHICH I never ever went through this with any other site and if so, RED FLAG.

So I went ahead and called the automated phone-line. They don't recognize the account numbers that are listed on the mailing notice so now this is starting to worry me. I do not want to pay something that isn't full legit. I see theres an address and phone number but the site alone is not very functional. AND the fact I cannot even pay it by phone is crazy.

YOU want the money, but don't give me a workable option to PAY it!

Paid off my account but still continued to be charged for billing afterwards, even after calling to confirm that this situation wouldn't happen. If the money doesn't get put back into my account I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau. Based on the other reviews this place has, a call to the bbb is over due.

This company has been calling my number for the last week from different phone numbers. I spoke with a lady and told her I do not have an account with them, she said what s your phone number... I told her as she said we are looking for so&so date of birth is... I told her I m sorry but you seem to have the wrong number. She said are you sure about that or are you lying?. It s one thing misdialing a phone number but doing it over and over again and then giving out people s names and date of births is something completely different and not right.

Sunrise Credit Services does not hold true to their word. Didn't receive any information about an outstanding bill from AT&T (did not owe to AT& T and still sent to collections). To come to some agreement to make this go away I asked if I paid would this be deleted from my credit. The 1st operator stated it would and they would send me a letter verifying after I paid. That never came. I called back and talked with Javon Kelly and he stated it would be removed in 5 business days. That never happened. Now I called and was told Sunrise doesn't delete from your credit (why are there so many reviews stating they do). DO NOT TRUST Sunrise.

I have filed a consumer complaint with the Texas Attorney General and hired a lawyer to fight this. I will spend whatever it takes to teach companies like Sunrise that consumers will not be lied too.

Got called for a debt I cleared with another company months ago. Spoke with mutible very rude and uninformative representives.
Didn't even receive anything in the mail regarding a debt. And for some reason Everytime I called the amount for the fake debt kept changeing from representive to representive.
If your going to scam people how about doing it a little bit more intelligently

I understand that this is a collector but calling me to collect a debt through a global pandemic is beyond me. There is people that are not working and barely have money to even eat and they have the audacity to call giving an actitud to COLLECT A debt. RIDICULOUS!!!

This company is a scam. They are fishing for your information. They tried to get my social. Report them!

Placed a few accounts for collections here, and they did NOTHING for months. They are so disorganized. One day I called to find out the status and he told me he was busy dealing with larger clients than myself. Go somewhere else for your collections.

I have been getting 8-10 calls from this company everyday for a week and every time I answer they hang up, no response. I called to have my number removed from whatever company this is and they hung up both times I requested. Absolute joke of a company

I like to to entertain but I have spoken to someone twice a day for the last 2 weeks. I am now telling them what they are going to tell me. I have been hung up on by 4 employees.

Total scam any good review is created by Sunrise themselves as a lie! I paid my last spectrum bill over a year ago and it was settled on time! They called me telling my I owed money and urged me to pay online. I checked with Spectrum again and I owe nothing.. they are stealing your money!

Lady is rude everytime I talk to her they are good at not telling the truth

THIS IS NOT A SCAM! it s a collection agency , and obviously the people that are giving poor reviews are the ppl that owe money . Customer service is trained and works very hard day and night. All the employees are trained and have excellent customers service skills.

Very unprofessional, do not give them any personal information (SCAM). Take the time and contact consumer fraud and report the violations. Highly unethical staff and boarder line criminal. I continued to receive calls for no reason, I never experienced any credit problems nor have I ever used this company.

When i dealt with them, the lady was very kind and understanding. They usually will take a small payment rather than nothing at all.

Unprofessional, got hung up on and spoken to like a child when I asked what the steps were for returning equipment.

shame on this collection agency we going through a pandemic and I was contacted about a bill I didn t even know was sent to collections early this morning.

We worked out a payment schedule and never been late with our payment, however, Jen Williams calls each month, which constitute harrassment on her part. We are living up to our agreement STOP CALLING!!!

Horrible company. super unprofessional. The woman lied to me about my account to try to get me to pay a balance I didn t have to pay because it was for equipment I have and can return but haven t because one of their reps told me to keep it since I ll be restoring the services when I get in my new home. She tried to scare me with credit reporting while refusing to tell me what their common practices are for reporting. I asked for a manager she said there weren t any. Another lie. When I said the word attorney they found a manager on the floor. He didn t know much more than her. And everything he said he immediately said the opposite to cover his butt. It was the most pointless call of my life. I don t know what those people get paid, but trust me... it s too much. They re incompetent and lack any sense of compassion or work ethic or professionalism.

I don t even know why they are in the mix. The manager told me that they don t do credit reporting. Imagine that , a collections agency that doesn t do credit reporting. He said some other company does it. I don t know why they would. This company is one of those call XYZ they do that go there they do that always pushing you somewhere else rather than doing their own job.

Called me at work EVERY DAY for a week straight. When I could finally call back, she gave me attitude and talked down to me because of my living arrangement. I'm not going to give you money if you treat your customers this horrendously.

After moving apartments, I didn't realize I had $37 left on my Optimum bill to pay off. The debt was sent to Sunrise Credit Services.

This was extremely concerning to me, I've had a great credit score for the past few years, and having a debt collection listed on your report will be horrible for mortgage lending (which often still uses FICO 4, so even a small debt collection could wind up causing your credit score to tank).

I paid off Optimum and I've had three calls with Sunrise to check on the status of my account over the span of about a week, and all the representatives were nice. The other reviews suggest that the person on the other end of the phone will be a monster, but that hasn't been the case for me at all.

I was honest and I admitted my mistake - I should have realized I had $37 left to pay Optimum. I told them I paid Optimum and they helped to work me through it, and the representatives I spoke with told me that it shouldn't be reported to a credit bureau.

The phone connection can be a little wonky (they had trouble hearing me, and whenever I said anything I could hear it echo in the background a few seconds later), so that was a little annoying, but it wound up being fine.

Just be honest and remember that the person on the other end of the line is a real person with people who care about them. They were never rude to me, there wasn't any reason to be rude to them, and they helped me work through this.

I manage a corporate apartment for my company and Sunrise Credit Services sent a bill collection notice for one of our employees that no longer lives in this country to this corporate apartment. I contacted the man who this was addressed to and he said he does not have any associated accounts or bills due. After doing some research I believe this is a complete scam company, and I can't believe that they aren't shut down for fraud yet!

The representative was extremely rude she yelled at me was argumentative and insulted me. She told me i was born in 1985 and i was old enough to know what loan shes taking about she was mad because i was asking questions. Truly unprofessional and did not make me feel comfortable setting up any payment arrangements with her.

I just got a call from your agency. I'm barely awake. I answered because it seemed to be a local number. WHY are you calling someone on a weekend? Also, why are your associates rude before they even verify the identity of the individual that they're calling?

Make sure you speak to someone there before making a settlement amount. If you do it online it ll still show on your credit report that owe them the balance. They re so unprofessional. Even if you re trying to take care of the account and make your payments they still want to rip you off by saying oh you should ve called us instead of making a payment online . Then why you would have an online payment PORTAL IF YOU STILL WANT PEOPLE TO CALL. I m glad this is over and they shouldn t be in business because they re incompetent of dealing with people issues and their accounts

Refuse to let me make monthly payments. They told me because my account was sent to collections I am not allowed to make monthly payments, and when I told them I can not give you $2000 straight up they started bringing the price down but it still had to be paid in full and then all of a sudden I can make monthly payments but I have to put 1/3 of the total down and then I have to pay the rest monthly which would be $600 a month. They are scammers! I never heard of not being able to make monthly payments. The BBB will be contacted.

This number keeps calling and when they are asked what the company name is they catch a nasty attitude and refuse to give the company name. I had to look up the number and call them back to find out what the company name was, what kind of legitimate business would get nasty with a person for asking who is calling?! Like personal business matter or not if you can t give me your company name you are not getting any information out of me, or anyone who answers my phone.

Today Nov 12th 2016 at 9:30 am i HAD THE WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE with a Rep named Terry Johnson. I spoke to a a Supervisor Mr. Irving who resolved my problem so professional that he really deserves a ten star. Still I am going to write two letters to the President Of Sunrise Credit Services about the two totally different Reps working in his Company. The Only reason I am hooked to this Company is because I didn't want to ruin my good credit due to the lies of a Verizon Rep in Deer Park NY. $1,500.00 later my last payment will be in two weeks. Finally. But, for all of you my friends don't forget about Karma... What Goes Around Comes around and another reason why I am writing these two letters is that if in the future Mr. Johnson gets fired or if he still works in this Company tries to ruin my credit or anything else. There is already an evidence of the lack of service he provided today to me. I will be sending these two letters certified just to cover myself. Second he should be very thankful that because we are tied to this company he has a paycheck.

Idk if anyone else has experienced this but they put a hard inquiry on my credit report and I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE HECK THEY ARE. I called & the lady I must say was very nice BUT NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I gave her my information and she s couldn t find ANYTHING in my name, phone # or ss # how does this happen?? Now they ve got me sending emails all over the place and in the mean time it affects my credit. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I am happy that Sunrise Credit Services are understanding and patient. I owe some money for school and since then. 7 out of 10 people I have spoke with were very respectful and understanding. The others I'm sure weren't having a good day. ( Debt collecting seems like a hard job dealing with jerks all day and people who aren't holding themselves accountable for their debts) They are in no rush to try and collect money as long as they get some kind of payment and a little honesty. They contact me when my payment didn't go through and I appreciate them reaching out to me instead of me thinking I made a payment and I am ahead of my bill. This debt was not reported on my credit report, I am sure if I was stubborn and not making payments it would reflect negatively.

The kind of person it takes to work here:
bullies, rude people, & people who like antagonizing others. Sprint reported that I owe them $150 when I had cancelled and gone with another company. They continued billing me even tho I wasn t using their service. So no, I owe them NOTHING. However, this company can t get that through their thick skulls.

I attempted to make a debt payment online, but their less than efficient website would not load completely, or process my payment. I then contacted their automated pay by phone line and suddenly they have debited my account twice for the same payment. When I called to alleviate the situation, I was advised that they only have record of collecting one payment. I, however, have two debits from their company that have POSTED to my account. Which in turn caused my account to go into the negative, and I acquired another $40 charge from my bank for the overdraft. Still no solution.

There is no customer service representative will answer the phone i got a mail delivery in August 2020 and the bill dated may 2020

Wow. This company is something else. As a small business owner I usually don't write negative reviews because I can understand the impact but wow this company deserves it! Trying to collect debt that was already paid and then reporting it on you're credit report and refuses to remove it even if you pay them in full! Never met someone more dumb then them they rather report it to the credit bureaus and let you dispute it then having you pay it and remove it. If you're trying to collect a debt choose a different company because these guys have no clue how to do business.

They threatened my family and me with jail time. They were saying that I owed Sprint over $600. I'm with Sprint currently and I called their customer service department. Sprint said they have absolutely no records of me having any outstanding debts.
Horrible people and I hope that they get taken down for their illegal scams. No wonder when I looked them up there were many links for legal help to sue them for harassment and fraud.

I've told them I've never had an account with direct TV or at&t and to stop calling me. Lady said k and hung up! SCAM!

The first phone call I received from this place was from a woman named Lori Lewis. She started out nice enough but as I tried to explain my situation and how much I could do a month; well, lets just say, that is when the obnoxiousness ensued. She kept interrupting me, raised her voice at me, did not like the monthly payment I said I could pay, etc.

When I slightly raised my voice back and asked her to quit interrupting me, what does she do, she interrupts me before I could even finish the sentence; then reminds me we are being recorded; I told her she is the one who needs to remember that. I had to repeatedly ask her to stop interrupting me. I ended up hanging up on her more than once. Also she could not grasp the concept that my mobile is also my work number, I work out in the field so calling my office is futile. She didn't want to hear it and kept telling me I did not make sense; basically without saying it, called me a liar. She couldn't grasp the idea that I had that day off either. Lori Lewis is not very bright.

I called back a day or two later and was able to talk to a supervisor and set up a payment plan for about 5 months. I told him about my phone conversations with Lori and to not ever have her call me back; I asked that my file be given to someone else; he said he would do that. Now, I do not know if he did not or if there was confusion or what, when this company started calling back, it was Lori. I never picked up because I did not recognize the number and she did not leave a message like she had before. I called back and she answered and I just said "Oh it's you, I will call back and talk to someone else" and I hung up.

She is now in my contacts as Lori the Rude.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. They do not deserve even a 1/2 star. Needless to say, I will not answer their calls anymore; especially when they try to trick you into answering by using a number from your state; these idiots are in New York. From now on, I will make payments to the original consumer I have this debt with.

First - I love all the fake reviews. Go to the 1 star reviews people, they'll give you the facts on this company.
I started getting calls from a 608 number (WI). Everytime I answered, nobody on the other line. Thought someone was prank calling me and wasting my time. As it kept going, I blocked the #. Then another 608 number started calling me. I answer and after about 5 to 10 seconds someone says hello. I ask them what I can do for them and immediately they ask to speak with 'so & so'. I asked them what it's regarding, they say a personal matter. Then I ask who are you making calls for, and what's the name of your company. Refuses to answer me. Huge red flag. I tell them I'm not giving them any information and she tells me to call a 855 number. Call it, is given the name. Google them and realize who they are. Nobody hired them for my debit, they basically took my info from somewhere and now are spamming me. If you get a call from them, report them and then block them. Do not give them your info.

I received a letter saying I owed money to Charter. I called Charter and was told that, as I had already known, my account was fully paid off and there was no balance left on it.

This company is clearly a scam. Do not call them and give your personal information.

Sunrise credit service is no where near as to helping anyone except for themselves. The woman that was helping me. ( DIDN'T HAVE A FACE MASK ON. 5/14/2020) Put it this way
AS OF TODAY THAT I HAD TO LITERALLY DRIVE TO THIS PLACE WITH A CERTIFICATE LETTER ENVELOPE WITH A BANK CHECK IN IT TO PAYOFF MY LOAN THAT TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BANK HAS PUT ME TO THIS PLACE. FIRST OF ALL THIS WAS MY 2ND CHECK TO PAYOFF.
THE 1ST CHECK SENT IN FEBRUARY A CERTIFICATE MAIL . THEY RECEIVED IT AND SIGNED IT AND THE CERTIFICATE COPY CAME BACK TO ME THAT IT'S THERE. 1 MONTH GOT A PHONE CALL THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED A CHECK IN THE MAIL. SO I HAD NOTIFIED MY BANK SO THEY SENT A NOTIFIED LETTER STATING THAT PLEASE SEND BACK THAT CHECK. SO I CAN GET ANOTHER CHECK TO SEND IN. SO TODAY I WAS GOING TO PUT IT IN MAIL. SO I DECIDED TO DRIVE THERE WITH THE NEW CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S IN THEIR HANDS PLUS I HAD THEM SIGN THE CERTIFICATE PART THEN I SIGNED IT. THEY MADE A COPY AND COPY OF CHECK AND COPY OF ALL PAID OFF I GOT IT BACK THEN I LEFT.
I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY DON'T LIKE TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS. BUT THESE PLACE WAS THE CAKE AND THE CHERRY'S ON TOP IT OFF...

Definitely not a scam, but the people are extremely rude, and they call at all hours of the day, too. Very unprofessional. And honestly, just avoid them at all costs. If you re in debt, just pay the company you owe money to, never to a collections agency.

This is a scam. They asked me to verify my information, which I refused. They asked for a debt, and provided an account number that was wrong.

This company is absolutely horrid. Their supervisor Christina williams was absolutely no help! I had made a settlement and agreed for them to take out $995 and they ended up taking twice as much!! And they put the money back into my bank account and told me that my account had been resolved. Guess what?! I got another phone call from them saying that my account is no loger resloved and the supervisor is unwilling to help! Don't trust this company. untrained, rude staff that are not willing to help. I DONT HABE MONEY COMING OUT OF MY ASS. Even the supervisor would talk over me every time I tried to speak and get my frustrations out. Also they use a fake number to call you to make it seem like they are calling from your own state when really they are stationed in NY

If they say they'll work with you to settle for less and than the amount you owe, they will. You can probably work with them.

BEWARE. This company will make a settlement with you and never follow up with a settlement letter and will dong your credit. We settled over a year ago and we re still trying to get the letter that shows a settlement was made. They will never follow up. You have to keep calling of you come to a settlement and get the letter. I ve been on hold for almost an hour trying to get the letter to clear my credit.

If I could give a negative number I would! AT&T/Directtv have teamed up with this "company" let the horror begin. I bought out my account from AT&T and they gave me a zero balance. SC keeps on calling me about a $95 bill I have from them. I have contacted AT&T 4 -5 times and they continue to tell me I have nothing in collections. I told SC this and they tell me it's a final bill that I owe. I asked wouldn't AT&T have that on file and they told me no the account has been closed and AT&T sent us all your records. Whole place is full of incompetent people! Get your records straight & double check with the company you are collecting for if a person calls up refuting said account. Just don't sit there like an idiot and say we're right and you're wrong!

This company has to be scamming people. One a letter I got in the mail for a collection is not the same as they have on their website. I talked to TWO guys named William Hill. One of them said I'd get a confirmation email in 2 business days. I call again and the lady says 30 days! I'm reading reviews and they all sound similar to my situation. I DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL

Ruined by life - I Switched phone services and Sprint was suppose to pay Tmoible the balance of my contract. Unknown to me, they did not, No phone call from T-Mobile. I get a call from sunrise who said I owe T-Mobile 2100. I asked which is usage and what part is for the actual phones. They said 700 was for usuage. I know I was responsible for usage and gave them 700 by cc over the phone =they told me to call Sprint and they would call me back in a few weeks to make sure i got the phone thing straighten out. So I call sprint and they told me I need to go to a sprint store and submit the bill. So I went to a sprint store, but they were not an authorized dealer and told me to go to an actual store, so I did, they said I needed to go to the store where i signed up, I did, but they were no longer their.. this was becoming a disaster. I tracked the person who sold them to me at a different store who told me i only had 30 days to submit the bill butI should try it. He gave me a fax number and I submitted the bill for them to pay off my phones from T-Mobile (i gave sprint my T-Mobile phones and they said they would pay T-Mobile. Sunrise nevercalled me back. I assumed They got paid. I didnt even remember the name of the collection agency that called. I think the job of a collection agency is to collect money right? Wrong. Apparently sprint never paid. Sunrise never called, never sent anything in the mail, but instead put this on my credit report unknown to me untill my loan officer called to let me know I couldnt get my loan because my credit score dropped 40points and mentioned sunrise to me. I would have gladly paid them not to have this on my credit report. In my 55 years I have never had a collection account-now there is nothing I can do. Even if you pay it, It stays on your credit for 7 years. I will be too old to need credit by then

They are lying. I got a message saying I owe them a debt and I owe them nothing! SCAM SCAM SCAM

My father is deceased and they would tell me nothing . They were calling my dad's phone. I am not mailing a power of attorney to a company I do not know and they would provide not one bit of information

Keep calling saying they are from publishing clearinghouse, blood bank, salvation army, red cross all same number. Today called and said sunrise collection. Since we do not owe any late bills have no idea if this is a scam or just calling wrong number but since they keep saying from different company i think scam.

I was sent a letter about my outstanding bill. I received a call today from Corrine. She stated who she was as soon as I picked up. I knew it was my bill and paid it right away. She was funny, professional and treated me like a person. Great experience with this company.

It's a collection agency and just the nature of the beast says they will never get 5 stars. That being said, however, they have called me twice to resolve an AT&T bill of mine. The first time I was unable to make payment arrangements and they lady who called was very understanding and said they would try back. The guy who called today, took my payment over the phone and was very courteous. I won't give my money to rude collections agents and I tell them so. This was not the case with this company.

They are absolutely terrible. I paid off my AT&T account back In April. I called recently for a pif letter once I received a new collection notice. I was told 4 times yes we are sending out a letter. Then today for the first time I was told sorry you didn t pay in full. We have a missed payment and by the way the account has been recalled. I m so tired of the run around! And I m contacted the BBB

This collection agency called regarding an outstanding bill. I told her at the moment I can t afford to make a payment due to not working because of covid 19 and currently waiting for unemployment. She said didn t you receive a stimulus payment. You can used that to pay the bill. Excuse me ma am but that s not your business. And when I have the ability to pay I ll make payments. But at this time I m unable to. Then I told her it s already on my credit report she said no it s not. I ll keep up with my credit and it s there.
