I attempted to make a debt payment online, but their less than efficient website would not load completely, or process my payment. I then contacted their automated pay by phone line and suddenly they have debited my account twice for the same payment. When I called to alleviate the situation, I was advised that they only have record of collecting one payment. I, however, have two debits from their company that have POSTED to my account. Which in turn caused my account to go into the negative, and I acquired another $40 charge from my bank for the overdraft. Still no solution.
