Joseph at Sunray Computers saved the day twice this year for my business. I'm an accountant and it's vital that I deliver services in a timely fashion - especially payroll! My computer crashed a couple months ago and Joseph was able to get me up and going within a matter of hours with a new hard drive for a very reasonable price.

Three days ago, another computer crisis! This time the RAM. I was out of town but in the middle of another payroll! Joseph quickly instructed me on which computer to purchase at a local retailer and then set everything up remotely so I was able to get the paychecks delivered within my regular time frame! I can't thank him enough for all he does to deliver QUALITY services for great VALUE. Whenever and wherever I go, he's my Tech Guy!

I had an emergency situation in which I needed some files for a significant medical issue for a close loved one. I would have paid anything to get the help (which changed our approach toward a serious medical problem). I tried firmly to pay, but the gentlemen at Sunray refused and said he was more than happy to be able to help us for free. Never in my life have I had someone more genuine and understanding help a stranger like that, with nothing expected in return. Id surely never go anywhere else for computer help again. So hard to find people who care now in days....

Been dealing with Joe ever since the opening of business, not only computer related, but also 3D printing projects. Joe has worked on many of my machines for updates and minor problems - excelling in every way. Joe is also very receptive in knowledge sharing and always providing information in detail. My wife took our computer down to Sunray Computers and I must tell you this young man had our problem figured out in a matter of minutes. Within 10 minutes he had the issue corrected and we were on our way again . The best part is he is VERY affordable. When we need help again this is who will get out computer business for sure. When one of our computers had a problem, we called Joe. He ordered the part we needed, the part arrived the next day, and we had our computer back that afternoon. His services are reasonable and affordable and he was very professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Joe and Sunray Computers for your repair and service needs.

Joe had my problem figured out in a night. unfortunately it was an unsalvagable problem with the motherboard but i had a new computer that he was able to transfer all my data to in about an hour. Definitely helped me get my photo edits to my client in a timely manner. Goes out of his way to help, and keeps you updated on everything! Very affordable for the work he does and he keeps the small town hospitality alive! I'll never go to another repair shop as long as I'm a reasonable distance away.

I walked into Sunray Computers midday on the Saturday before the New Year holiday. Since I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't expecting to be able to accomplish more than to schedule a return visit sometime after the holiday, but to my great surprise, Joseph stopped what he was doing and immediately looked at my computer. He was able to quickly identify the problem and give me a written estimate for the repairs necessary, as well as schedule an appointment for me to return at my convenience to get the work done. Joseph was professional and knowledgeable, but still friendly and funny. I am exceedingly pleased that the part needed to make my laptop functional was ordered while Joseph was explaining how the piece had likely gotten damaged in the first place. My total turn-around for the job was under a week (with 2 of those days being National holidays) and the cost was a fraction of what I was expecting! I VERY HIGHLY recommend Sunray Computers and their technician, Joseph for any of your I.T. needs!
