Joe had my problem figured out in a night. unfortunately it was an unsalvagable problem with the motherboard but i had a new computer that he was able to transfer all my data to in about an hour. Definitely helped me get my photo edits to my client in a timely manner. Goes out of his way to help, and keeps you updated on everything! Very affordable for the work he does and he keeps the small town hospitality alive! I'll never go to another repair shop as long as I'm a reasonable distance away.
