I had an emergency situation in which I needed some files for a significant medical issue for a close loved one. I would have paid anything to get the help (which changed our approach toward a serious medical problem). I tried firmly to pay, but the gentlemen at Sunray refused and said he was more than happy to be able to help us for free. Never in my life have I had someone more genuine and understanding help a stranger like that, with nothing expected in return. Id surely never go anywhere else for computer help again. So hard to find people who care now in days....
